An inside source tells Star Magazine that cheating hubby Jesse James has already checked out of Arizona's Sierra Tucson Treatment Center. He was only there a week and is reportedly staying at a male pal's house now.

"It seems Jesse just isn't that serious about rehab after all," the source claims.

If Jesse did actually leave, what's his game plan? Either he just couldn't take it in rehab, or he believes he can't win back Sandra anyway, so what's the point in staying?
