Tiger Woods is ready to take on the golf course and the microphones once again -- but this time, he's going to be taking questions. The golfing champ will hold a press conference on Monday, April 5th ... his first presser in five months.

The conference will take place at 2pm right before Woods participates in the 2010 Masters Golf Tournament played at Augusta National in Georgia.

Many have speculated that the golfer would remain tight-lipped at the event, however a rep for Augusta National tells X17online exclusively, "Tiger will be taking questions at the press conference." This is a different format from his tightly-controlled televised "apology" statement on Feb. 19 where Woods took no questions.

Sources say that security surrounding the Masters will be extremely tight, but the Augusta National rep declined to give details on their plan of attack for safety reasons.

All media passes to get into the tournament have been sold out since February. However on Monday, Augusta National is expecting to announce how they plan to make the footage available to the masses.

No word on whether Elin will be cheering from the sidelines.

Yesterday we spotted Katherine Heigl, hubby Josh Kelley and daughter Naleigh grabbing brunch in Los Feliz, and though the new parents looked a bit worn out, it seems like Katherine is much happier now that she's no longer on Grey's Anatomy.

While it was widely speculated Katherine wanted to leave the hit ABC show for months, she tells a different story, saying that the decision to say goodbye was not an easy one. Katherine recently told EW, "I really wanted to [stay on the show], but at the same time I just felt like I couldn’t sacrifice my relationship with my child ... And even though I know I’m disappointing the fans, and I know I’m disappointing the writers and my fellow cast members and the crew, I just had to make a choice. I hope I made the right one ... It sucks."

Hmm, sounds like she really was torn about this decision. But if she's happier with her family and Grey's is thrilled to be done dealing with her drama, everyone wins, right?

Yesterday Ashlee Simpson was snapped leaving Ken Paves' Beverly Hills hair salon, and we were a little disappointed to see her hiding that gorgeous dark hair under a slouchy hat. We love Ash as a brunette, and since she's off Melrose Place for good, hopefully she won't be returning to red anytime soon!

A sexual harassment claim filed against Jesse James in 2000 by an ex-employee adds yet another layer of inappropriate behavior to James' brewing sex-scandal.

A lawsuit filed by James' ex-employee Deann McClung (and obtained by Us) claims that the West Coast Chopper owner routinely sexually harassed McClung and other women around the office by making denigrating remarks, inappropriately touching her, keeping pornography around the garage, leering at her and others, touching her without permission and most shockingly, exposing his "sexual organ" to McClung.

McClung claims that when she complained about the behavior, she was terminated.

The suit was eventually dismissed by both sides in 2001 (long before James and Bullock were married in 2005), but this is not the first time we've heard that James may have been more than a little inappropriate in his office.

One employee said that James would routinely post ads on the internet looking for "hot tattooed biker chicks with big boobs" while at work and would invite his targets to the office!

Back in January, Sandra Bullock was chatting with The Insider’s Niecy Nash at the People’s Choice Awards, and the actress joked about the Tiger Woods cheating scandal.

Sandra said, “If I were Elin, man, I would have hit a lot more than she did - I would have kept hitting!” Niecy asked, “You would still be swinging the golf club?” to which Sandra replied, “Yeah, [Elin] stopped. She was respectable. I’d get the baseball bat, I’d get everything out.”

Last night we caught Lindsay Lohan out and about in Hollywood, and even though the starlet was rocking a pair of bright blue contacts, she was looking so beat, we shrieked in horror upon the first glimpse of these shots.

Linds attended DUI classes earlier in the day, and naturally, we snapped her sneaking in to the Victoria's Secret party at Brent Bolthouse's new hotspot Trousdale. Apparently she had her fill of that club, as we later caught dodging the cameras as she was driven out of Voyeur. Hopefully she's getting her beauty rest right about now...

Either Katie Holmes really loves ruffles, or she needs to go shopping for some new maternity clothes!

We spotted Mrs. Tom Cruise leaving a meeting in Beverly Hills with 19 Entertainment, and for the second time in a month the actress was sporting this ruffled cream colored top, which just so happens to conceal her tummy. Any chance Suri's got a sibling on the way? Or does Katie need to do the laundry?
