Ed Hardy wants to make it clear ... they are not doing a line of handbags with Lindsay Lohan.

A rep for Ed Hardy tells X17online that reports of Christian Audigier's company and Lindsay collaborating are totally false!

We're told California Bag Co., a company that licenses through Ed Hardy, will be working with Lindsay to design a handbag line for 6126, the actress' mega-successful leggings line. Reports are claiming that Miss Lohan, as creative director of 6126, has asked designer Paz Shakked Wolf to join her in creating these purses for the next three years.

For Lindsay, looks like fame is in the bag!

Jesse James made a citizen's arrest on a photographer (NOT one of ours) nearby his West Coast Choppers shop in Orange County this morning, and the equally annoyed shutterbug made one on Sandra Bullock's estranged hubby as well!

Long Beach Police reponded to a vandalism call at 9:30am on the 600 block of Anaheim St., and when officers arrived on the scene, James claimed he was being stalked by a photographer and the photographer told police his car had been vandalized.

Both parties signed a private person's arrest (aka citizen’s arrest) forms, and LBPD tells X17online this “is like a traffic ticket.” No one was taken into custody or cuffed and LBPD added that both parties "were cooperative."

A fourth woman claiming to have had an intimate relationship with Jesse James has come forward, and she has hired powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred to represent her.

Though the woman has yet to release her name, it looks like she's following the same path as the ladies linked to fellow cheater Tiger Woods. As you may recall, Allred represented Woods' alleged mistresses Rachel Uchitel and Joslyn James when they were going public with their affairs.

Michelle "Bombshell" McGee was the first to admit to having a sexual relationship with James, and within a matter of days, Michelle Smith and Brigitte Daguerre also admitted to having an affair with Sandra Bullock's husband.

Allred released the following statement to X17online:

"I represent a beautiful model and businesswoman. She had a three year intimate relationship with Jesse James. He pursued her and had strong feeling for her. She is in the process of trying to decide if she will come forward. She has proof of their relationship including hundreds of text messages, emails and photos. The relationship just recently ended after the scandal broke."
