A source close to Playboy tells X17online exclusively that they will NOT be pursuing a pictorial with tatted up Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, but Playgirl is singing a completely different tune when it comes to Jesse James!

Playgirl spokesman Daniel Nardicio tells X17online exclusively:

"We made an offer to Jesse James to pose for our September issue. We’ll pay him $500,000 - full frontal required. He’s hot, people like him. He’s edgier than most of the guys we feature, so we’d play off of his natural sexiness. Plus, he might need the cash because Sandra is going to hire a good lawyer. He has until mid-April to decide."

Think Jesse will do it? And where do you think we'll see more of Michelle? May sweeps are right around the corner, so we're guessing all the entertainment news shows are going to get into a bidding war with the inked up homewrecker. Or perhaps people will have forgotten about her by then? When Playboy doesn't want a piece, that's not a good sign!

Everyone's on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit these days! Sharon Stone, like Mischa Barton before her, was spotted on the NYC set just yesterday shooting her multi-episode cameo. Hopefully she won't play a lollipop-loving hooker like Mischa did though!

Whitney Port may be living the dream, but now the reality TV star/fashion designer is being sued by former pal Adrienne Baravetto, who claims she helped Port with her line back in 2007 but has yet to see a dime for her work.

Baravetto says that she did almost all the design work for the line (then called Eve & A) and she also claims she had an oral agreement with Port and her father for a $80,000 yearly salary plus a 25 percent stake in the company. Baravetto’s attorney Peter Maretz says, “Ms. Baravetto did the heavy lifting for these designs and she just wants to get paid fairly.”

Port’s lawyer Michael A. Taitelman released the following statement:

“The lawsuit that Adrienne Baravetto filed on March 19, 2010 against Whitney Eve, Inc., Whitney Port and others regarding the Whitney Eve clothing line is baseless and without merit. Whitney Port is, and always has been, the designer of Whitney Eve. Baravetto worked for Whitney Eve for a short period of time ending in early 2008. For more than two years, she has been silent. For reasons that we will uncover, she has decided to make these unsubstantiated allegations at this time. The defendants will vigorously defend themselves, and upon the successful conclusion of this lawsuit in their favor, they intend to hold Baravetto and her counsel accountable for their reckless conduct.”

Prosecutors claim Braun took two hours to send out the Tweet. He's charged with reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance. WTF!

The final two episodes of Two and a Half Men have been cancelled due to Charlie Sheen's stay in rehab, according to the NY Times.

The show's executive producer, Chuck Lorre, said the series resumed production last week, but the final two episodes were nixed.

“Instead of doing 24 shows this year, we’ll be doing 22. But 22 is a full order. They had asked us to produce two additional episodes, which we normally do. But we won’t do it this year," Lorre said in an interview.
