Michael Jackson's estate just signed a massive recording deal with Sony Music Entertainment for a reported $200 million. The history-making contract will cover ten projects over the next seven years.

The deal, that will run through 2017, will include a re-release of Michael's Off the Wall album and a new album with unreleased songs due out in November. Other projects will include a DVD compilation of videos, a video game and a two-disc album of the recordings from This Is It.

Rob Stringer, chairman of Sony Music’s Columbia Epic Label Group, released this statement:

“We’re dedicated to protecting this icon’s legacy and we’re thrilled that we can continue to bring his music to the world for the foreseeable future.”

If you include royalties on the MJ merchandise as well as projected music sales, this deal could net the estate more than $300 million. Cha-ching!

Exes Cameron Diaz and Justin Timberlake have reunited in the new film, Bad Teacher, where it seems as if their chemistry offscreen is translating into a great rapport onscreen as well!

In the film, Cam plays a horrible 7th grade teacher obsessed with getting a boob job, which she thinks will land her a sugar-daddy. Justin, a substitute teacher and heir to a watch making fortune, is the cougar's target.

In the first still released from the show, Cam and Justin get down at what looks like a school function together, but of course, we know they really get down in a steamy love scene later in the film!

Should Jessica be worried?

Jessica Simpson arrived back in LA yesterday after doing a round of promotion in New York for her new show, The Price of Beauty, which debuted on VH1 last night.

The show examines different cultural definitions of beauty, and one of X17's photogs asked Jess to define her own weight loss secrets!

We asked "What's your secret for losing weight? Sex?" Simpson didn't reply, but literally laughed out loud!

As previously speculated, Tiger Woods will return to the golf course this year, as he has just confirmed that he will be participating in the Masters Tournament in April at the Augusta National Golf Club in Augusta, Georgia.

Woods has released the following statement:

"The Masters is where I won my first major and I view this tournament with great respect. After a long and necessary time away from the game, I feel like I'm ready to start my season at Augusta. The major championships have always been a special focus in my career and, as a professional, I think Augusta is where I need to be, even though it's been a while since I last played. I have undergone almost two months of inpatient therapy and I am continuing my treatment. Although I'm returning to competition, I still have a lot of work to do in my personal life. When I finally got into a position to think about competitive golf again, it became apparent to me that the Masters would be the earliest I could play."

Billy Payne, Chairman of Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters Tournament added:

“We support Tiger’s decision to return to competitive golf beginning at this year’s Masters Tournament. Additionally, we support and encourage his stated commitment to continue the significant work required to rebuild his personal and professional life.”

Additionally, PGA Tour Commissioner Tim Finchem adds:

"We were pleased to learn that Tiger Woods will be playing the Masters in a few weeks. He has invested a lot of time taking steps, both in his personal and professional life, in order to prepare for his return. We all wish him and his family the best as he rejoins the Tour."

Britney Spears' conservatorship hearing has been postponed yet again, this time because all parties involved apparently need more time to prepare.

Britney was supposed to meet with Judge Reva Goetz this afternoon for a progress report, but that meeting has been postponed and a new date has yet to be announced.

As you may recall, Britney missed her previous hearing in January due to a "misunderstanding," so it looks like no one's in a rush to end the conservatorship any time soon.

Just last Friday we snapped the pop princess and her mother Lynne meeting with lawyers in Westwood, so you'd think they'd be ready for their latest court date...

Whoops! Someone forgot to give Jennifer Aniston the memo that you can't say a**hole on television! Then again, she's so cute and perky, I can't imagine she's going to get too much flack for it.

Jen chatted with David Letterman about her new movie, her newly remodeled house and she even spilled some deets on her hunky co-star Gerard Butler. Is it just me or is Jen a little too perky here?

Well, yesterday afternoon we snapped these shots of Kate Bosworth and True Blood hunk Alex Skarsgard at Doughboys Bakery & Cafe in Los Angeles, and the actors were showing each other all sorts of affection at the table.
