Tourists on the famed Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame got a surprise yesterday when a real, live celebrity graced them with her presence! Miley Cyrus took a stroll down the star-paved sidewalk where the Oscars were held just the night before, and fans couldn't believe their eyes ... in fact, they thought she was a look alike just trying to get attention!

Our photographer tells us: "A couple people were staring at her, saying 'No, it's not her; it's not really Miley,' and then other people finally started screaming, 'It's Miley; it's Miley!' People were looking at me as if to confirm and I nodded and told them it was really her!"

So yes, people -- if you spend the money to come to Tinseltown, you may in fact see an actual star -- and if you see an X17 photographer in front of her then yes, she's for real!




After taking over the Oscars - and every awards ceremony leading up to it - with their film Precious, producers Oprah and Tyler Perry started planning their next project together yesterday at Hollywood hot spot Boa.

What could be next for these two? A film studio purchase? - MGM? Kidnapping Jay Leno and replacing him with Perry? We wish!

SO cute! THIS is what a just-turned 16 year-old is supposed to look like! No platform heels, over-the-top makeup, low-cut dress -- just a young girl, fresh and clean in comfy sweats on a Monday afternoon outing.

So just where was Ms. Dakota Fanning off to? Her stylist's house, of course! To pick up some platform heels, get fitted for a low-cut dress, and to try out some new eyeshadow and false eyelashes.

Dakota, we love ya like you are, but you look cute dolled up too :)

Brit enjoyed a little shopping in Calabasas with her mom yesterday and then the two waltzed over to the Maserati dealership and Spears plunked down $150,000 for a new sports car!

And Britney was psyched!

The two photographers shoved to the ground by security during the taping of the Bachelor wedding last week, have filed suit (click HERE to see the legal docs) against Disney/ABC TV and Next Entertainment (the production company owned by Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss) for battery, false imprisonment, and negligence.





ABC denied to X17online being involved in the hiring of the O&R Security company that day. But that didn't stop the network from airing the fracas in tonight's broadcast AND in the promos for tonight's wedding special -- no doubt, helping with the ratings of their rainy, windy, cold nuptial disaster.

So just who DID hire O&R? A rep from the Terrenea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes where the wedding was held, said the security details' treatment of photographers took resort management "by surprise" and said the hotel had nothing to do with retaining security company's service.

Next Entertainment has not returned our calls over the past week we have been trying to reach them about the incident.

In an interesting, if pathetic twist, a public information officer at the sheriff's department in Lomita, told X17online the founder of O&R Security Antonio Revilla, who was involved in the incident last Monday (pictured above with photographer Eric Brogmus in a chokehold), was planning on filing assault charges against the snapper. To date, this has not happened.

Our attempts to contact Mr. Revilla were met with him dismissing our claims, denying the incident ever occurred. Meanwhile, Mr. Revilla and his colleagues' citizens arrests of Mr. Brogmus and fellow photographer Maxmiliano Lopes were deemed by the district attorney's office to be invalid due to insufficient evidence -- all charges were thrown out.

So how much will Disney have to pay out, is our question. It's a definite win for photographers if their attorneys are any good!

Just as she promised!

Sandra Bullock took home the Best Actress Oscar for The Blind Side last night as expected - heck, she's been working out at the gym nonstop the past few weeks! And she did look lovely in her dress...

But after the win, she told reporters backstage that all she really wants is a burger! "I want to eat and not worry the dress will bust open," she said. And Sandy kept her promise!

Decked out in a sexy pants suit and heels, Sandra Bullock and her hubby Jesse James dined at one of Long Beach's finest eateries for lunch today -- they're very own Cisco Burger!

Jesse started the place in April, 2006; the joint bills itself as an "old-school hamburger stand with a modern, eco-friendly philosophy."

You know you love it! A photog on the scene tells us this:

"Sandra and Jesse looked so cute together - they're totally in love. And she was kind of dressed up. She expected to see me there getting the burger shot since she announced it at the Oscars!"

Unfortch, we didn't snap a shot of her biting into the burger. Why? "Jesse wasn't having it," reveals our photog. "He growled at me like a dog - I guess he really does 'have her back!'"

A call to the restaurant turned up nothing -- they're not telling what the boss or his wife chowed down on today, but they did confirm ... it was burgers! :)

Congrats on the win, Sandy! And take a break from the gym this week, mmkay?

The Academy Awards just weren't the same without 'em!

So, there are a couple of possibilities here. First of all, neither were nominated - but is that really an excuse? Brangelina is Hollywood's golden couple! C'mon now. Inglourious Basterds was up for Best Pic and all!

Also, the couple is currently overseas in Venice - apparently the fam took Shiloh to a children's party, says Us - while Angelina films The Tourist with Johnny Depp. Who thinks they should've flown back for the ceremony? Personally, I don't think they really care much about the Oscars...

Then again, maybe they were worried about bumping into Jen Aniston! I know, she didn't attend this year. But she did last time and wasn't nominated either!

And she wasn't even nominated for anything! We'll forget about Brothers - yeah, you're welcome!

The 28-year-old enchantress showed up to the Vanity Fair Oscar party with her ballet dancer beau Benjamin Millepied and, natch, she looked like a million bucks. Salma Hayek, on the other hand, did not:
