Lil' Wayne aka Dwayne Carter must have as many lucky stars as he does new root canals! His sentencing has been delayed...again.

All the court drama doesn't seem to be affecting the rapper though - during Jay-Z's sold out Madison Square Garden concert last night, Wayne shocked the crowd by going onstage with Young Jeezy to perform the song I'm Goin In. Talk about rubbing it in the court's face!

As we previously reported, Wayne's initial court appearance was delayed due to emergency dental surgery. And yesterday, his scheduled court date was postponed yet again because of a courthouse fire. The fire damage was apparently so severe that the courts decided to postpone the hearing until Monday.

So what's the deal with this fire? The New York City Fire Department says that the cause was faulty electrical wiring.

If the 27-year-old actually appears before the judge on Monday, barring a hurricane or a tornado, he is expected to begin his 1-year sentence for a gun charge.

When we spotted Jennifer Garner picking up her daughter yesterday afternoon, Ben's wifey looked less than pleased to have her photo snapped. Eh, can you blame her?

We're so used to seeing the happy couple out and about together! But on Tuesday we spotted Ashley Tisdale leaving the Andy LeCompte Salon in WeHo without her super-tall beau. Sidebar, I dunno if I'm loving those cowboy boots. Ash can pull 'em off, but still! Hot or not?

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office tells X17online that they have declined to file charges against the two photographers who were put under "citizen's arrest" last Saturday at The Bachelor wedding between Jason and Molly Mesnick.

X17online captured the entire incident on video. - CLICK HERE to watch it.

Photographers Eric Brogmus and Maximiliano Lopes were detained and arrested for blocking a public walkway on an empty lot next to the wedding site at the Terranea Resort in Rancho Palos Verdes .

As X17online first reported, both photographers are thinking about suing the security detail for what they call "unnecessary force."

The names of the security guards have not yet been released.
