X17online has learned exclusively from a Jackson family source that Janet Jackson will not be going on a world tour with the Jackson 5 in place of her late brother Michael.

The 43-year old singer, who is currently in the UK for London Fashion Week, has denied being a part of the show. But her brother Jermaine recently told the Daily Express, "We had a conference call and Janet has agreed to join us on tour."

Our Jackson source tells X17online, "This is completely false. Jermaine is talking out of his ass again. There are no plans for an immediate tour."

Charlie Sheen has checked into rehab, according to his rep.

Just two days after the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services visited his home, Sheen's rep released the following statement: "As a preventative measure, Charlie Sheen has entered a rehabilitation facility. He will take some time off his series Two and a Half Men. He has asked that his privacy be honored. No further statements are planned."

Sheen's wife Brooke Mueller checked into The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu on February 9, only to leave yesterday after a reported security breach in which her confidential admissions document was leaked to the media.

The drama between the couple began on Christmas day when the two got into a fight, resulting in Sheen being charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor third degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief.

We previously reported that one of Travis Barker's close pals got pulled over and ticketed by California Highway Patrol on Parkway Calabasas around 11:40am, and now CHP has confirmed that he was cited for impeding traffic.

According to CHP, a motorcyle cop at a nearby gas station noticed an Escalade stopped on the road with a car behind it honking. The officer rode over to the SUV, made contact with the driver and issued a citation. CHP said that the driver brought up the incident that occurred a few days ago where Travis had a run-in with a photographer (perhaps in an attempt to get the shutterbugs in trouble), but the cop told Travis' friend that he wasn't there to witness it and gave him the ticket anyway.
