We love love love Carrie Underwood, and not just because she's gorgeous and talented, but because she's a very down to earth gal who doesn't ooze a drop of diva.

The country star covers the March issue of Cosmopolitan, and in it she expresses her sincerest gratitude towards the television show that made her famous. Carrie says, "Nobody wouldve looked at me twice if it weren't for Idol. Back then, I was 20 pounds heavier and literally fresh off the farm." Aww, not only is she modest and honest, but she's got a sense of humor about it too. Gotta love that!

Carrie also gabs about being set up with fiance Mike Fisher (“I made sure he came in with some other people. I was, like, ‘what if he’s weird?’”) and how she balances her career and personal life, telling the mag, “I didn’t want to be one of those people who has an amazing career but ends up alone and unhappy. I want to be happy. I want it all.”

Sounds like she's got it all, and we couldn't be happier for her!

He's been the Terminator, the Governator and now he's The Torchinator?

Arnold Schwarzenegger passed the torch to English Athlete Sebastian Coe in Vancouver last night, as the world prepares for the beginning of the Winter Olympics!

I guess it's only fitting that he'd be participating. After all, he's getting ready to pass the torch to a new (and hopefully more effective) Governor of California!

Jon & Kate Plus 8? According to Hailey it's more like 3. Inches, that is...

We already knew Hailey told Steppin’ Out magazine that Jon was "tiny," but she decided to hit the reality TV dad below the belt and reveal just HOW itty bitty he is. She told the mag, “I don’t think you’d cheat because you’re so small. He's hung like a 9-year-old boy; I'm serious. This is true ... [Jon is] 3 inches, and anybody who sleeps with him will notice. It's very noticeable. It's so tiny, tiny, tiny!"

And Jon's other ex Kate Major can back it up too! “Jon was pretty boring and nothing exciting,” Kate tells Life & Style. “I'm surprised he’s so 'cocky' because down there he’s not.”

So if he's hung like a mouse and he's got a gut like a walrus, how the eff is he pulling all these reasonably attractive chicks?!

Yesterday we caught Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon running errands in Brentwood, and the actress was in a great mood as she chatted away on her cell phone. Good to see her looking so chipper! Think it's just a funny friend she's gabbing with, or has someone lined up a Valentine for Sunday?

Wednesday, Mischa Barton was so happy to get her driver's license renewed that she went out to celebrate with a six-pack of Seagram's Fuzzy Navel!

Now we assume she's learned from her 2007 DUI (since a friend is the one driving) but you know what they say about those sugary girlie drinks (this particular one has 40 grams of sugar per bottle) -- A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the:

Though Summit Entertainment has yet to release any statement on this, several credible websites are reporting that Breaking Dawn will be split into two films, and shooting could begin as early as this fall!

A source tells E! Online that the two flicks will be filmed back to back, and they add that scribe Melissa Rosenberg is "closer to having both scripts done." While the studio still hasn't picked a director, apparently they are "confident" that a fall start date will happen.

A judge has delayed ruling on Joe Jackson's request to receive son Michael's medical records.

The AP reports that Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff will issue a ruling next week after he is able to review arguments entered by Joe Jackson's attorney.

Jackson wants the records to determine whether or not he'll mount a wrongful death suit, and also to try to persuade the judge to grand him a monthly stipend.

Jackson's estate is trying to prevent Joe from getting his hands on the records.
