Malawian government officials have informed villagers outside of Lilongwe that they must move to make way for the all girls' academy Madonna will be building on the land.

According to the AP, District Commissioner Charles Kalemba told hundreds of villagers yesterday that the region has been handed over to Madonna, and even though they have been offered other land, the vast majority of residents are refusing to leave.

Anjimile Mtila-Oponyo, the headmaster of Madonna's new $15 million school, says the queen of pop paid the villagers roughly $115,000 to compensate them for their houses. While Madonna is doing something great by building a school there, don't you think she could have paid the villagers a little bit more to kick them off their land?

Yesterday we spotted High School Musical hottie Zac Efron shopping at AllSaints Spitalfields, and is it a sin for me to say how badly I want to rip that shirt right off of his body? I mean c'mon - when he's hiding all this under a tee shirt, it just isn't fair!

Though I guess if he HAS to wear clothes, the tighter the better!

Instead of going to the Vienna Opera Ball with 77-year-old Richard Lugnar last night, Lindsay Lohan opted to party with pals her own age at Voyeur. Lindsay showed up around 12:30 and left around 2am, and a source inside the club tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay looked slightly out of it upon arrival and she appeared pissed off. Then again, this could just be her normal mood, as she always appears to be antsy about something. She smoked a ton of cigarettes and drank water, and she kept walking around the club engaging in conversations with a bunch of different people."

Linds and her new BFF Markus Molinari then headed to an afterparty in the Hollywood Hills, and a standoff between photographers and Lindsay's pals ensued. Click below to see the drama!

Check out actress slash humanitarian Angelina Jolie just now arriving at LAX via a flight from Miami. Brad Pitt's ladylove is back from Haiti after meeting with aid workers from various organizations as well as earthquake survivors.

But I think the Haitian children will miss her most of all! Still, I'm sure Angie is happy to be home and see her own kids, although she looks a bit exhausted! An X17 photog on the scene tells us:

"Angelina looked a little tired after all the traveling. She's used to it by now, but she doesn't always fly commercial!"

Let's just hope her trip will increase awareness of Haiti's plight...
