Tiger Woods may be hiding from the spotlight, but his kids can't escape it! His only son Charlie turns one today... and from the pic below, it looks like he has a couple big surprises in store!



That's mom Elin picking up daughter Sam from school earlier today. She's def carrying some presents, but still no wedding ring on her finger.

Despite the fact that Tiger Woods reportedly left rehab, it seems he still hasn't seen his kids in weeks. Think he'll surprise his son by paying him a visit on his b-day?

Drew Barrymore was involved in a car crash just moments ago in Beverly Hills as she left the Byron hair salon. Barrymore was on Beverly Blvd. and Doheny Dr. when a paparazzo hit her from behind at the stop light.

Barrymore exited the car, very upset -- screaming at the photographer (not an X17 shooter). We're hearing the two exchanged information and Drew went home.

Charlie Sheen was charged with felony menacing, misdemeanor 3rd degree assault and misdemeanor criminal mischief in an Aspen court room today as a result of his Christmas day scuffle with wife Brooke Mueller.

Sheen, who did not enter a plea, and Mueller appeared before a Colorado judge this afternoon, where they also asked to have the protective order placed on Charlie since Christmas relaxed.

The judge agreed to allow Charlie to once again have contact with Brooke with the stipulation that he stays away from owning or handling any firearms and does not consume alcohol.

Charlie is due back in court on March 15th.

A rep for Britney Spears stated that her recent trip to the UCLA medical center is nothing more than a routine checkup.

"Everything is fine," her rep tells X17online. "Britney is there for an annual physical."

Britney arrived to the hospital in Westwood around noon with a three-car caravan and a police escort.

The complete Los Angeles County Coroner's report in the death of Michael Jackson has been made public, and it confirms what we already know - that Propofol was to blame for the King of Pop's death.

The report reveals that Propofol and benzodiazepines were given to Jackson before he died from cardiac arrest on June 25, 2009, and there are several other details in the report that will be used against Dr. Conrad Murray in court this afternoon.

Not only was the standard of care for administering Propofol not met, but the report says that the recommended medical equipment for patient monitoring, dosing and resuscitation was not present either. The report added that Propofol was administered in a non-hospital setting without any valid medical reason, which certainly isn't going to help Murray's case today.

Britney Spears arrived at a Los Angeles hospital emergency room just minutes ago.

X17online photographers spotted Britney being driven by her bodyguard as she sat in the passenger seat, followed by another two cars.

Britney's children were not seen in the car with her, but it's possible they could be the reason for her trip to the hospital.

UPDATE: Photogs say that Britney walked into the children's wing of the hospital. We have pix coming soon...

UPDATE 2: Britney arrived at UCLA Medical Center's Mattel Children's Hospital
with two cars following her and a police escort which was pre-planned. The caravan of cars didn't appear to be moving in a way that would suggest there was an emergency. The whole thing started around noon PT today when the three cars left Spears' Calabasas home, heading for Westwood.

X17online's calls to Britney's publicist weren't immediately returned. Media relations for the hospital said "we can't comment due to patient confidentiality."
