Last night Paula Abdul dined at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica, and the former American Idol judge was all smiles as she left the eatery. Then again, it was pretty hard not to notice her in this fire engine red getup ... looks like someone wanted an extra serving of attention from photogs!

Could it be - Fall Out Boy is actually breaking up? Boo!

Pete has been Tweeting about it a lot the past few days, beginning with this: "cant imagine playing in fob again. something would have to change in my head or my heart- not my wallet."

Later on he wrote this to someone: "dont you get it? a hiatus is forever until you get lonely or old. i dont plan on either." Uh, better plan on it, Pete!

Finally, he reveals that "it is no1s fault ppl grow apart," and then: "not gonna speak to anything publicly about the band internally. my brothers 2 the grave. thnx 4 being there from day 1."

Guess Pete is perfectly content hanging out at home with Ashlee and baby Bronx. Meanwhile, FOB lead singer Patrick Stump is putting out a solo album. Pete himself recorded a track with Blink-182's Mark Hoppus for the Alice in Wonderland soundtrack.

When we first learned that Angelina Jolie would be starring opposite Johnny Depp in The Tourist, we immediately assumed that there would be sparks between the two actors.

Star Magazine reports that Angelina has already started the chase, as she has insisted on meeting with Johnny at his LA home to “discuss his acting method"! A source tells the mag, “She's already spent hours there drinking red wine with Johnny ... She goes on and on about how fabulous Johnny is. She's intense and goes for anything and anyone she wants. She has no limits!"

The source adds that Angelina has been "bombarding" Johnny with flirty e-mails phone calls, and when filming begins at the end of the month, there won't be anything stopping her from snatching her latest co-star away from another woman. "Angie told Brad she's going to Italy without him," says the snitch. "Angie knows what she wants, and she doesn't want Brad in the way!"



Though Brangelina stepped out at the DGA Awards the other day in an attempt to quash split rumors, OK! Magazine reports that (stop the presses!) Brad is still in love with Jen, and the only reason he hasn't left Angelina is because of their six children.

So are they breaking up or not? Ian Halperin, author of Brangelina: The Untold Story, predicts the couple will announce their split “when no one expects it."

While the DGA appearance could have been a strategic PR move for the couple, maybe they're going to try to make things work? I mean, they could always go the open marriage route...

X17 was at Dr. Conrad Murray's attorney's office this morning to try to get to the bottom of recent reports that his client would be turning himself in today to face charges of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson.

J. Michael Flanagan (who happens to have represented Britney Spears for hit-and-run charges in late 2007), told X17online that his client, Dr. Conrad Murray, would NOT be turning himself in today at the criminal courthouse in downtown Los Angeles or anywhere else.

Flanagan avoided answering our questions about his client's guilt and wouldn't comment on whether he would request a plea bargain for Murray. He said the District Attorney had not advised him of any plan to formally charge the doctor.

Murray is expected to face manslaughter charges stemming from what the LA Coroner ruled an overdose of the anesthetics Propofol and Lorazepam as the cause of Michael Jackson's death on June 25 last year.

Murray, a cardiologist, was Jackson's personal physician. He admitted giving sedatives to Jackson but denied wrongdoing. Check out our exclusive video below to see what else Flanagan had to say:

Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep have been playfully squabbling over awards this year as the two keep getting nominated for their roles in The Blind Side and Julie & Julia, respectively.

Now the two are both nominated for an Oscar! So Sandra told The AP: "With Meryl, when this whole thing started, I left her a voice mail going, 'You've got to watch your back. I'm gonna cut you. I'm gonna take you down.' And then she sent me dead orchids and told me to die, so I sent her a case of liquor and told her to toast to white trash."

Ohhhh, the lifestyles of the rich and famous. Hilarious!

It feels like Jennifer Aniston has been remodeling her home forever - 2 1/2 years, to be exact - but thankfully there's light at the end of the tunnel: Cover of Architectural Digest!

Sounds more like Blair Waldorf's dream to me.

Jen describes her Beverly Hills house, designed by Stephen Shadley, as being "like a big hug." She also calls the place "Ohana," which means extended family.

Interesting to note, the mag reports that Ohana originally "had his-and-hers baths, but Aniston has turned the 'his' into a spa bath with a soaking tub."

Hmm, does this mean that Jen has given up on the idea of finding a man?

When Hills star Heidi Montag returned home to Colorado to show her mom her new face, she didn't exactly get the warm welcome she was expecting!

Heidi tells People, "I was nervous, but also excited…I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did. She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn't like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak."

"I think she was most upset that Spencer was there for me and she wasn't. She was saying how sad it is that my confidence is gone because of the music industry I'm trying to get into," Heidi continued. So what's her real reason for going through with the ten drastic procedures? "I wanted to be the most beautiful, inside and out. It's part of being a pop star," she says.

And Heidi finds all this surprising? I don't know about you, but I think mama Montag's reaction was pretty normal!

While Nick Jonas was stepping out with Selena Gomez last night, Miley Cyrus had some fun of her own in the form of a threesome with boyfriend Liam Hemsworh and singer Demi Lovato! The trio dined at Jerry's Deli in Studio City, and judging by the pictures, it looks like Demi was a better companion than Miley's man!
