When we spotted Jesus Luz back at home in Brazil, we wondered what was going on with his grandmother girlfriend Madonna, especially after some of our photogs on location told us that the two had parted ways.

Now the Chicago Sun-Times confirms that not only did the two split, but Jesus was the one who left Madonna! Apparently, the 23-year-old Brazilian model/DJ realized "their age difference and overall lack of mutual interests nixed a long-term relationship."

Sounds about right! So who will Madonna prey on next? Or is she getting too old to snack on guys who are just a few years older than her kids? Maybe it's time to pick someone her own age!

Mel Gibson and babymama Oksana Grigorieva attended the Edge of Darkness premiere at the Palafox Cinema in Madrid last night, and the couple looked fantastic on the red carpet. Hard to believe she gave birth to a baby girl (Mel's 8th child!) just three months ago!

Sandra Bullock's hubby is probably busy congratulating his wife this morning on her first Oscar nomination, but his ex-wife, porn star Janine Lindemulder has got nothing to smile about.

According to E!, yesterday a judge denied Lindemulder visitation rights to see her six-year-old daughter Sunny, who's been living with her father Jesse and step-mom Sandra for the past year.

During the proceedings, James told the court, "[Lindemulder] has no filter on what she tells [Sunny] about prison. There's a lot of conversation about prison or jail and things that I don't think a 6-year-old can comprehend or process." Additionaly, Lindemulder, who had won custody of Sunny for Christmas, never showed up to fetch her daughter.

"No visitation rights were granted at this point," Orange County Superior Court spokeswoman Carol Levitzky said.

Lindemulder, who's currently living in a halfway house stemming from a parole violation in her tax evasion case, did win the right to communicate with her little girl through texts and phone calls.

The case has been continued until June 14th.

She may have been a hot mess the last time we saw her, but Mischa Barton definitely cleaned up her act at the Cristian Lay collection launch in Madrid last night. She currently has two movies in pre-production, so maybe 2010 will be the year she gets it all back? We'd love to see that!

Last night we caught Kim Kardashian leaving LAX for Miami, and though her plane had some technical difficulties, Kim finally made it to the Sunshine State. Kim's in town to watch her NFL star boyfriend Reggie Bush play in the Super Bowl, but it looks like she wanted a few days to relax before playing cheerleader this weekend. Hey, can't say I blame her!

Last night Lindsay Lohan partied at the Chateau Marmont, and around midnight she went to Teddy's in Hollywood. Five minutes after she arrived, Samantha Ronson showed up, but Sam wasn't the only DJ that Linds had her eye on at the club - her NYE fling DJ Jus Ske was there, and a source inside the club tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay was all over him and she looked like a mess. At one point she was stradling his lap, dancing to Britney's music and it was a bit awkward to watch. She was kissing him, fondling him - totally making a show for people there! Lindsay's taste in boyfriends has seriously deteriorated because this dude is not attractive and looks way older than her."

Hmm, looks like running into Sam might have been a planned attempt to make her jealous! And the most interesting part? When the ladies were done partying around 2:30am, Lindsay hitched a ride home with Samantha's little sis Annabelle! What is going ON here? Is Lindsay back in the good graces of the Ronson family?

Yesterday we snapped Miley Cyrus going horseback riding in Malibu, and the Hannah Montana star seemed thrilled to be unleashing her inner cowgirl. But western? C'mon Miley, it's all about hunter/jumpers! Maybe we'll see her in the saddle more in the future?

The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences have announced the nominees for the 82nd annual Academy Awards, and both Avatar and The Hurt Locker racked up a whopping 9 nominations, including Best Picture. Other contenders for that category include The Blind Side, District 9, An Education, Inglourious Basterds, Precious, A Serious Man, Up, and Up In The Air.

Jeff Bridges (Crazy Heart), George Clooney (Up In The Air), Colin Firth (A Single Man), Morgan Freeman (Invictus) and Jeremy Renner (The Hurt Locker) were nominated for the Best Actor category, and Sandra Bullock (The Blind Side), Helen Mirren (The Last Station), Carey Mulligan (An Education), Gabourey Sidibe (Precious) and Meryl Streep (Julia & Julia) earned nominations for Best Actress.

Matt Damon (Invictus), Woody Harrelson (The Messenger), Christopher Plummer (The Last Station), Stanley Tucci (The Lovely Bones) and Cristoph Walz (Inglourious Basterds) earned Best Supporting Actor nods, with Penelope Cruz (Nine), Vera Farmiga (Up In The Air), Maggie Gyllenhall (Crazy Heart), Anna Kendrick (Up In The Air) and Mo'Nique (Precious) topping off the Best Supporting Actress category.

The 82nd Annual Academy Awards will air on live on ABC on Sunday, March 7, 2010.
