The hype is ramping up and pretty much every single media outlet is "confirming" through anonymous "sources" that Beyonce Knowles has given birth. We've reported the rumors twice ourselves.

On Wednesday, the Bey Hive was claiming Queen B was in labor. On Thursday, President Obama revealed the twins' genders.

So today, on Father's Day, it's fitting there are many, many reports claiming Jay Z has, in fact, become a second (and third) time dad. And, most importantly, that it's "confirmed" Beyonce gave birth to a boy and a girl. Now her brood numbers three, along with Blue Ivy, 5. If it's true, congrats to the happy parents and either way, happy Father's Day to Jay!

It's never-ending! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West apparently can't make up their mind about their Calabasas mansion remodel because these beast has become much more than a remodel -- it's a g-damn money pit at this point!

Kanye was reportedly perennially changing his mind about how he wants the home to look, so Kim had to take over and make some first decisions to keep the project going and to establish some sort of deadline. A source tells X17online the project is slated to finish by early spring ... but it's been going on for almost THREE YEARS!

Remember that report that claimed the couple were going to move in by May? Well we dispelled that last month and crazy enough, the couple has ripped up even MORE stuff since then. In other words, they've still got a long way to go ...

Sorry, Brad!!! Looks like Papa Pitt won't be visiting with his six kids on Father's Day today -- Angelina Jolie jetted outta LA with the tribe yesterday.

Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, Vivienne and Knox all had their carry-ons ready to go, blankets in hand, prepared to sleep on what was likely a long flight to Europe.

Meanwhile, Brad Pitt has reportedly been renovating the family's old Los Feliz home and Angie purchased Cecil B. DeMille's old estate for $24.5M. The two homes aren't far apart, making it easier for the kids' visits, which have become a regular part of the family's schedule now that Brad and Angie's divorce battle has simmered.

Angie's very frequent travels with the kids, however, certainly puts distance between the kids and their father. So much for celebrating Papa Pitt on his big day!

President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania and their son Barron are trading their usual luxe weekend get-away at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Fla. for a more rustic retreat to the presidential Camp David in Maryland's Catoctin Mountains. Trump told international media earlier this year that the presidential retreat is "very rustic" and that he'd "like it ... for about 30 minutes."

Well, it's not gilded faucets and crystal chandeliers, but US presidents have been visiting the camp for seven decades. It was good enough for a meeting between FDR and Churchill to plan the Normandy invasion. It was good enough for Carter's peace talks between Egypt and Israel. George Bush, Sr.'s daughter was married there. But for uber-wealthy Trump, it's barely good enough and we suspect he's visiting now, as he impressive financials were released this week, to make him appear a bit more down to earth.

Plus, it's been a busy week for the Prez, Tweeting about the "witch hunt" investigation by the DOJ into his possibly collusion with the Russians to hack the US election; his reversal of Obama's Cuba policy and his decision to continue Obama's "Dreamers" program, which he promised his supporters he'd reverse. Whew! This dude deserves to kick back, prop his feet up and plan the coming week from the comfort of Camp David, freeing his mind to figure out what he can screw up next ...

After getting off sooooo many times with women who shunned Bill Cosby's advances and were then forced into getting him off, America's favorite dad got off again yesterday ... with his sexual assault case being declared a mistrial after the jury was unable to come to a unanimous decision on the verdict.

Cosby was charged with three counts of aggravated indecent assault and a jury of seven men and five women weren't able to agree on a verdict after six days of deliberation. Two days in, the jury told the judge there were in a deadlock but the judge ordered the jury to continue deliberations. Four days later, the jury again reported to the judge, a deadlock. The defense moved for a mistrial, which the judge granted and the prosecution promised to retry to the case.

Cosby faced a 30-year prison sentence for allegedly drugging and assaulting Temple University employee Andrea Constand at his Philly home in 2004.

Cosby's wife of XX years, Camille, was absent at the start of the trial but showed up to support her husband the day the verdict was to be delivered. Outside the courthouse, the family's PR rep read her prepared statement: "How do I describe the district attorney? Heinously and exploitatively ambitious. How do I describe the judge? Overtly arrogant in collaborating with the district attorney. How do I describe the counsels for the accusers? Totally unethical. How do I describe many, but not all, general media? Blatantly vicious entities that continually disseminated intentional omissions of truth for the primary purpose of greedily selling sensationalism at the expense of a human life. Historically, people have challenged injustices. I am grateful to any of the jurors who tenaciously fought to review the evidence, which is the rightful way to make a sound decision. Ultimately, that is the manifestation of justice, based on facts, not lies. As a very special friend once stated, 'Truth can be subdued, but not destroyed.'"

A few days before, The Cosby Show alum yelled his famous Fat Albert line to media and to his supporters outside the courthouse (see the video above). Uh, weird. Hey, hey, hey ... you got off again, Mr. Cosby, but we have a feeling your luck will run out ...

It was a family affair!

Kim and Kanye threw daughter North West a birthday party at Ruby's Diner in Calabasas last night, and the majority of the K clan came along for the fun! Is anyone else surprised that they opted for such a low-key venue? We assumed they'd go to Nobu or something!

Kimmy K dressed down for the occasion in sweats and a tank with no bra, while Yeezy and Kourtney followed suit in comfy clothes. Kylie wore jeans and a bodysuit, but it was little Nori that stole the show in her Snoop Dogg dress and furry slides. Two people noticeably missing? Rob Kardashian and Scott Disick. Maybe they didn't get invites?

The 4-year-old was gifted tons of presents, including a new bicycle, and it seems like everyone had a great time!
