Well, I guess I wouldn't be too happy either if my career had been reduced to playing a hooker on Law & Order: SVU!

In bright fuchsia tights and a leopard print jacket (and is that a baby bump?), Mischa warmed up for the scene in New York today by sucking on a lolly. Hey, I don't know what actually went on in that scene, but I guess we'll find out soon when the show airs!

Tobey Maguire's schedule opened up after the studio pulled the plug on Spider-man 4 due to what they said were delays, but the real reason may have been because he wanted to play Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit!

The Sun reports that Maguire (who bears a striking resemblance to Elijah Wood, who played Frodo in LOTR) was unhappy with where Spider-Man 4 was headed, so pulled the plug in order to free himself up for The Hobbit.

A source close to the film-makers says, "Everyone is over the moon. Tobey is not only one of the most recognizable faces in Hollywood, he is also one of the best actors."

Just a month ago, Maguire told reporters, "I love Guillermo del Toro and Peter Jackson and I certainly wouldn't take myself out of the conversation."

But he had no comment when our photogs spotted him out having brunch with the family in LA at Real Food Daily:

If there was any doubt before that Jennifer Aniston would make the most of the absence of Brangelina at the Golden Globes to steal the spotlight, then you just have to gaze upon these pix of her practically flashing her "precious lady" and cozying up to co-star Gerard Butler to see she knows exactly what she's doing.

The Valentino not only showed off a toned leg, but the one-shouldered top looked as if it was going to slip off her left nip any minute!

We just couldn't help but notice that the up-to-the-hip-slit was reminiscent of one of Angelina's dresses from last year:

Demi Moore sat out this year's Golden Globes (in which her hubby Ashton was a presenter) because she was "having a bad hair day." Demi tweeted the pic of her, skin looking as glowing as ever, while she stayed home and watched the Globes on TV like the rest of us!

Honestly, doesn't look like anything a brush and a bowl of soup couldn't cure!

The CAA Golden Globes after-party at Sunset Tower was the place to be last night, where celebs like George Clooney (looking mighty, uh, happy, despite Up In The Air practically getting shut out), Reese Witherspoon, Cameron Diaz, Heidi Klum & Seal braved the rain to party like rock stars.

Also at the big bash were Orlando Bloom, Robert Downey Jr., Miranda Kerr, Taylor Lautner, Mickey Rourke and girlfriend Elena, Woody Harrelson, Stanley Tucci, Bradley Cooper, Helen Mirren, Quentin Tarantino, Molly Sims, and Eli Roth.

So tough, the life of a celeb, huh? Pre-party, party, post-party, repeat!

Conan O'Brien's better half, wife Liza, spent part of what must have been a very stressful weekend at the Malibu Country Mart.

X17 photogs asked her how her husband was holding up after being forced out of The Tonight Show, and she responded: "We're fine ... he's hanging in there."

Conan settled this weekend with NBC in what's reportedly a $35 million dollar deal.

We also spotted CNN's Larry King this weekend, but impartiality won out when we asked which team King was on. "I like them both," he told us!

The color red was everywhere last night, from the red carpet to the red Haiti ribbons to Cameron Diaz' bright red lips!

And of course it was on her gown as well, a fiery Alexander McQueen number she wore with minimal jewelry.

Well, I guess since she wore such an attention-getting color, there was really no need for more flash!

Not that Reese needs to exact revenge on her recent ex, Jake Gyllenhaal, but it can't hurt that she had one of the best looks of the night!

Wearing another navy blue gown (like stunning strapless one she wore to the Oscars a few years ago), Reese showed off her gorgeous figure and lighter locks.
