Sounds like former child star Jesse McCartney made his ex angry enough that she wants to get revenge by distributing a naughty nude photo of the star!

The NY Post received a photo of a nearly nude Jesse McCartney -- that allegedly came from his ex -- lying on a bed, completely naked except for a G-string made out of candy!

The Take Your Sweet Time singer has already sicced his lawyers on the matter, sending X17online a legal notice that reads, "Mr. McCartney did not knowingly participate in the taking of this photo and did not consent to the taking of such a photo. In addition, the alleged photo of Mr. McCartney appears to have been manipulated and doctored by computer software."

Who knew Heidi Montag spent more money on her album than she did on her plastic surgery? Sadly, the results are about the same...

Heidi sat down with Entertainment Weekly to chat about the release of her new album "Superficial," and not only does she reveal that she spent nearly $2 million to make the record, but she claims it will stand up to Michael Jackson's "Thriller"! She says:

"I definitely [think "Superficial" will hold up to "Thriller"]. I think people might not see it now, because it’s my first album coming out. But I’ve spent as much time–maybe more, even–than Thriller. Every detail was very important to me, because I take this very seriously. Most artists, it’s not their own money, but I’ve actually gone broke putting every dollar I’ve ever made and my heart and soul into this music. For me, I have a different appreciation, a different understanding, and a different love of my music and for my album than any other artist possibly could. Because this is my money. This is my gamble. This is my chance."

Heidi says she practically went broke making the album, and she reveals that she spent a whopping $2 million on the project. She tells EW:

"I’ve spent over a million, almost $2 million on this album. It’s cost as much or more than a Britney Spears album, because I wanted it to be that quality and to be able to get those people. My album would have cost a record label over $4 million."

Rather than spending millions of dollars on a record that likely sounds like a screeching cat in heat, it seems like her money might have been better spent on a charity organization. If she has that kind of money to burn on a CD, she should really be donating a substantial amount to Haiti right now, don't you think?

Last night Lindsay Lohan went to the launch of Vida at Voyeur (it's a luxury sex toy, not some sort of performance drink) and it looks like she dressed for the occasion, donning a totally see through top cut down to her navel.

Lindsay partied with the likes of Brittny Gastineau, Leonardo DiCaprio, host Sofia Vergara and the cast of Jersey Shore, and sources inside the club tell X17online that Lilo briefly chatted with none other than the hair gel loving Pauly D! Not to worry, there was nothing romantic going on, as Lindsay clearly had her eye on someone at the turntables. Sound familiar?

Lindsay's St. Barth fling, DJ Jus Ske was at the soiree spinning records, and our insider tells us, "Lindsay and Jus Ske were very affectionate with each other - she even kissed him twice, they looked like a couple to me!" After Lindsay had her fill of the party, she then left with the DJ and while we're guessing these two didn't do anything too naughty, Lilo does have a sex tape to worry about!

According to the Daily Mail, a 47 second tape of Lindsay engaging in a sex act is making the rounds in Los Angeles, and the man shopping the video around is a waiter at a well-known chain restaurant.

Apparently he has been told he has to release the footage to an "offshore porn site," and it will then be available worldwide. A source told the Mirror:

"This video file is dynamite. It is pretty seedy and shows Lindsay engaged in a particular sex act which, obviously, should remain behind closed doors. If and when it is released on the internet, via a spurious, unofficial website, there is absolutely nothing she or her lawyers can do about it."

Aww, poor Lilo! But then again, maybe this is just what she needs to revamp her career? And if she could get a cut of the earnings, it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing...

Jessica and her new man, Billy Corgan, may have been taking it slow, but looking at these pix of a happy Jessica looking up at her new guy with adoring eyes in the music studio, we'd say it might be getting more serious!

Jessica followed her rock star beau into the studio where he's recording his eighth album with his band Smashing Pumpkins.

Jessica retweeted the pix (that were originally posted by Corgan's producer) on her Twitter, saying "I am blessed," and commenting on another that it's "fun to be lost in laughter."

The show, which won't air until next week, will feature Adam dishing on topics like Simon leaving Idol and of course that controversial performance at the AMAs.

Jessica Simpson's boobs looked even more bodacious than usual last night at The Wilshire in Brentwood where she had dinner with Papa Joe and a group of girlfriends.
