Other sites are now catching up on what X17 reported exclusively on December 29th, 2009, that Tiger Woods is in sex rehab at the Arizona facility The Meadows.

A source told X17online last month that Tiger Woods had entered a private, upscale rehabilitation facility in Arizona.

The source told X17online:

"He has been there for a few days since his handlers forced him to enter the program. They feel that if he blames his cheating on addiction, the public will forgive him."

Although Tiger's reportedly been spotted everywhere from Palm Beach (with alleged mistress Rachel Uchitel) to New York (and the private mansion of a multi-millionaire friend), a stint in rehab for Tiger seemed most logical. After singer Eric Benet was caught in a much-publicized cheating scandal during his relationship with Halle Berry, he entered rehab for sexual addiction. More recently, Californication star David Duchovny did the same in an effort to redeem his reputation and his marriage with Tea Leoni.

Our source explained Woods' motivation to get help:

"Tiger wants to get back on top. He agreed to put golfing on hold so he could show the world how badly he feels about what he's done and to prove that he wants to correct the problems that led to his infidelity."

As for what he can expect in rehab at the Meadows, an insider told us that the rehabilitation center is extremely confidential, and they won't even confirm that a patient is at the facility (even to family members), so when visitors arrive, they can only request to see them and hope that the patient will show up.

While the facility is considered by many to be the Four Seasons of rehab, sex addicts are stamped with a scarlet letter of sorts. Our source told X17online exclusively:

"Everyone has to wear a color-coded nametag that signifies what you’re in for. You wear it 24/7 so everyone knows exactly what your poison is from the minute they lay eyes on you. Sex addicts wear either blue or red and they not allowed to fraternize with members of the opposite sex (or if they were gay, they couldn’t talk to a member of the same sex)."

Additionally, no one is allowed to show any leg above the knee, whether its someone in for sex addiction, drug addiction or even visitors.

Conan O'Brien has hit back at NBC about their decision to move The Tonight Show from its 11:35 time slot (the same slot it has occupied for the past 60 years) back a half hour to accommodate Jay Leno's new show.

In a statement released to the "People of Earth," Conan says he will not host the show in its new time of 12:05 am.

Conan writes:

In the last few days, I've been getting a lot of sympathy calls, and I want to start by making it clear that no one should waste a second feeling sorry for me. For 17 years, I've been getting paid to do what I love most and, in a world with real problems, I've been absurdly lucky. That said, I've been suddenly put in a very public predicament and my bosses are demanding an immediate decision.

Six years ago, I signed a contract with NBC to take over The Tonight Show in June of 2009. Like a lot of us, I grew up watching Johnny Carson every night and the chance to one day sit in that chair has meant everything to me. I worked long and hard to get that opportunity, passed up far more lucrative offers, and since 2004 I have spent literally hundreds of hours thinking of ways to extend the franchise long into the future. It was my mistaken belief that, like my predecessor, I would have the benefit of some time and, just as important, some degree of ratings support from the prime-time schedule. Building a lasting audience at 11:30 is impossible without both.

But sadly, we were never given that chance. After only seven months, with my Tonight Show in its infancy, NBC has decided to react to their terrible difficulties in prime-time by making a change in their long-established late night schedule.

Last Thursday, NBC executives told me they intended to move the Tonight Show to 12:05 to accommodate the Jay Leno Show at 11:35. For 60 years the Tonight Show has aired immediately following the late localnews. I sincerely believe that delaying the Tonight Show into the next day to accommodate another comedy program will seriously damage what I consider to be the greatest franchise in the history of broadcasting. The Tonight Show at 12:05 simply isn't the Tonight Show. Also, if I accept this move I will be knocking the Late Night show, which I inherited from David Letterman and passed on to Jimmy Fallon, out of its long-held time slot. That would hurt the other NBC franchise that I love, and it would be unfair to Jimmy.

So it has come to this: I cannot express in words how much I enjoy hosting this program and what an enormous personal disappointment it is for me to consider losing it. My staff and I have worked unbelievably hard and we are very proud of our contribution to the legacy of The Tonight Show. But I cannot participate in what I honestly believe is its destruction. Some people will make the argument that with DVRs and the Internet a time slot doesn't matter. But with the Tonight Show, I believe nothing could matter more.

There has been speculation about my going to another network but, to set the record straight, I currently have no other offer and honestly have no idea what happens next. My hope is that NBC and I can resolve this quickly so that my staff, crew, and I can do a show we can be proud of, for a company that values our work.

The woman behind "the biggest scandal in Bachelor history" is hitting back at rumors she cheated on Jake Pavelka with the show's producer by saying she didn't, but she woulda if she coulda!

Rozlyn Papa, the ousted bachelorette who was accused of cheating on the nicest Bachelor in history, told Mix 103.7 in Richmond, VA that "There was no making out! Unfortunately, I did not get any out of this big sex scandal that supposedly happened. If I had known that I was going to get accused of it, maybe I would have gone for it!"

Last night's show featured Roz getting smoochy with Jake before Chris Harrison summoned her away from the rose ceremony cocktail party to have a "very awkward" conversation in which he told her she was getting the boot (despite already receiving a rose) because she "entered into a very inappropriate relationship" with one of the show's producers.

She didn't deny it at the time, saying only "I don't think my personal life is anybody's business." Umm, yeah, cuz when you go on a reality show you really don't want people butting into your life. But today, she said, "We're bogged down with confidentiality agreements, but I will say that it's a TV show and there's a lot more to that story and it has nothing to do with sex!"

But the guy DID get fired, so what was the relationship all about if it wasn't sex? Mocha lattes?

Gloria Allred announced today that Shaquille O'Neal's former girlfriend, model Vanessa Lopez will be filing a lawsuit against the NBA star for harassment.

The suit will be filed in Orlando, Florida, and Allred says it concerns a "pattern of harassment" that Lopez had to endure after ending her 5 year relationship with O'Neal. Allred claims Lopez has known O'Neal since she was 14 years old, and that the two began their affair in 2004 after he approached her at a nightclub.

Lopez knew O'Neal was married, but claims he told her that he was in an open marriage, stating, "I do what I want and [my wife] does what she wants." Lopez agreed to go out with O'Neal, and though he was "relentless" in his pursuit of her from the beginning, they were able to make it work all these years. O'Neal told Lopez that he wanted to have a child with her, and he even discussed buying her a condo and an expensive car, which she declined.

Allred stated that the two spent a lot of time together this past summer, and in September of 2009 Lopez notified O'Neal that she was late with her period, and possibly pregnant. Despite the fact that the two had unprotected sex on numerous occasions, O'Neal told her that there was no way the baby was his, which deeply hurt Lopez, as she had apparently been honest and faithful with him throughout their relationship. Lopez then broke up with the NBA star, who didn't take the news well, as he told her he wouldn't leave her alone. When he called her repeatedly, Lopez threatened to spill the details to O'Neal's wife Shaunie, at which point he began to threaten her.

Allred claims that O'Neal requested an associate to "shut that b*tch up," and Lopez briefly spoke to the room full of reporters, saying, "I fear that someone is after me ... I want this to be over, I want to feel safe again." When asked why she wouldn't take any questions, Allred responded, "I think that the case will speak for itself."
