Lady GaGa graces the cover of the latest issue of 944, and as always, she looks oh so fabulous and fierce. I know the lace mask is her thing these days, but I'm pretty fascinated by her face, so I wish she'd stop covering it up every chance she gets!

Martine Bury, the Editor in Chief of 944 told X17online why she was so tickled to work with the pop phenom:

"Lady Gaga has liberated music and fashion the way David Bowie and other Brit Glam rockers did in the seventies -- using costume, artifice and drama while bending gender norms and conventions. But she also one ups everyone with her phenomenal vocal talent and truly unique aesthetic. Her music choices are far from predictable -- they're a mash up of futuristic pop styles. What a breath of fresh air! For our Vanguard issue she was the only choice for the cover -- the most fitting artist of our time. She's way ahead of her time and the only universal artist to truly break ground and provoke thought since Madonna."

We totally agree!

I know it's just one of Paris Hilton's truly magical push up bras, but she really needs to tell the rest of us girls where we can buy one, because her girls look amazing!

Not only does his film Titanic hold the top spot for this category with $1.84 billion in global earnings, but now Avatar has surpassed The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King and earned the second-highest worldwide gross, according to Box Office Mojo.

Think Avatar will be able to challenge Jack and Rose and their sinking ship? It's already earned $1.12 billion, so anything is possible at this point!

So much for staying shacked up at the Mondrian Hotel all alone with her assistant Brett!

Britney Spears started off her day around 11 a.m., first stopping by a music studio on Wilshire - where she was working on her latest album! So excited for that, natch. Then our girl was dropped off in Bev Hills for a little retail therapy...

Our photogs on the scene say that Brit "seemed relieved to get out of the house," or in this case, her hotel!, and that she "appeared to be in better spirits than in recent days."

Then Britney stopped at Pottery Barn for some moderately priced home furnishings and afterward, headed to the Chateau Marmont around 2:45 pm.

Jason Trawick was there waiting for her. So it looks like the twosome are at least on friendly terms. Maybe their rough patch is smoothed over temporarily?

The two just left the hotel together in the same car -- Brit's bodyguard driving Jason's car and Jason chauffeuring Britney in her car. They stopped at Jason's house to pick up what appeared to be an overnight bag for him and then headed to Britney's house!

What does all of this mean ... Are these two back together? Are they just friends? Just business associates? Business associates spending the night together???!!!

Workin' on their fitness!

Damn, this is impressive - Kim obvs had a good workout, you don't get that bod from sitting on the sofa all day! And somehow she manages to waltz out of the gym with her hair and makeup flawlessly done. Fab all around! Props to her and Khloe.

If you found Jason Davis' previous interview with X17online highly entertaining, the second part will have you even more captivated! Not only does Jason discuss his numerous health problems, but he spills the dirt on his brother Brandon's drug habits AND his sexuality!

Jason chatted about how his family greatly exaggerated his problems, whining that no one ever got after Brandon when it came to his struggles with substance abuse. When asked about the rumors that his brother is gay, Jason had this to say:

"Well let's just say, if Brandon can get crack or coke any which way he can, and momsie doesn't give him money, he's got to figure other options ... Every time I try to bring it up to him, he tries to punch me in the face, so normally when aggression comes out, I would always just assume that people are so agitated that they got caught on the spot so, hmm, I would say he is!"

Interesting! Is Jason just bitter because his family is uh, cracking down on him, or is there any truth to what he's saying? And more importantly, is Jason willing to admit his own mistakes? It turns out, he is! Jason told X17online:

"I might have had a relapse because I was in pain and I was scared to death - the doctor might have been accurate, but other than that I have never sold a drug in my life, I have never done anything for drugs, I have never done any sexual favors, I haven't shot up, I haven't done any of that sh*t ... I had a little bit of depression because a doctor of mine said (about a month ago) that I had three months to live because of an activity infection and some strange disease I had in my stomach that was spreading and would eat my organs."

Sounds like a whole bunch of excuses to me, but at least Jason is willing to admit he's had some trouble keeping clean. So what does he think about Casey Johnson and all the other drug overdoses that have rocked the news this year? Jason says:

"Look at all the death - of all the rich families in the last month - let's look behind it, what is the real reason that it is? What causes all these emotional issue[s], what causes all this crap to make someone truly hate themselves enough to have an overdose? Little does my family know, I would never allow that to happen to myself because I love myself - I love everything about me! The world might hate me, but guess what, f*ck you, that's what I have to say to you. Kisses!

Spotted: Actors slash lovers Drew Barrymore and Justin Long getting their grocery shop on at Whole Foods the other day. Personally, I prefer Ralphs, but that's just me!
