Actually, there seems to be a love/hate relationship with Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen...

There's a year-end movie poll on Moviefone and, naturally, New Moon was voted the best movie of the year with a whopping 41%. And the worst movie of the year? Transformers! Thing is, the Megan Fox-starrer was also voted the best action movie of the year. How ironic!

New Moon was also voted best chick flick and Rob Pattinson the year's sexiest male star. And don't forget about Megan Fox!

She was voted the sexiest female star AND the worst actress performance. Kudos!

Nursing her break-up with A-Rod, Kate surrounded herself with friends and family in Aspen over the weekend, getting in a little retail therapy with son Ryder, brother Oliver and gal pal Elle Macpherson.

One photog asked Kate if what she really wanted to find underneath her tree this X-mas was "A-Rod all wrapped up in a bow" but she remained tight-lipped!

They may be homewreckers, but you can't deny how genuinely happy these two look together! See, true love does exist...even if you have to dump your respective spouses to find it!

LeAnn Rimes and her lover Eddie Cibrian are currently in Aspen enjoying the chilly temps and some snuggle sessions, and we also caught the country star horsing around with a girlfriend. On a toilet. I guess you had to have been there?

Once again, Brooke Mueller showed off a smile in Aspen as she headed back home alone this morning.

Brooke's been staying in the snowy Colorado town while Charlie returned to LA following the incident, leaving the twins in the care of their mother, her family and a nanny.

Sources say the couple intends on working things out with the help of counseling after the holidays, but it doesn't seem like Brooke's in any rush to get back home!

Britney Spears is a brunette again (hot!), and yesterday we spotted her sharing a ciggie with her mom on the balcony of her suite at the Mondrian hotel (not so hot).

Michael Lohan has revealed that he's filing additional charges against his ex-fiancee Erin Muller, and now X17online has obtained a copy of the documents where Lohan alleges Erin assaulted him!

He states:

"My ex-fiance [sic] Erin Muller threatened me with a knife during an argument several months ago and I wish to pursue charges. I did not report this at the time because I wanted her to get help for her addictions."

Additionally, Lohan released the following statement to X17online:

"If Erin's father wants to play the hero he never was and he wants to persist, [I vow] through court and legal channels, to let the world see and hear what the truth and history of this family is all about. Including the crimes, games and infidelity at Affiliated [sic]. FBI is next, then letter from his son in law along with why it was written. Cousins, uncles and partners. The facts are disgusting."

Hmm, we're very curious about this now! What dirt could Michael possibly have?

With Charlie back in LA and mom Brooke partying the night away in Aspen, the twins were left in the care of their nanny this morning.

After the more scary than merry Christmas morning these two tots had, it's probably best that the kids remain with their babysitter while mom relaxes!

Make that a very "Samuel" Christmas!

Heidi and her bunch of children (including adorable little Lou) bundled up in Aspen to hit the slopes. Well, Seal and the kids hit the slopes, Heidi looks like she stayed in the lodge with Lou and the nanny drinking hot chocolate all day!
