Well, technically...

We caught Samantha Ronson indulging in her favorite vice before shopping at Maxfield yesterday, and she was being totally sweet with photogs. Perhaps because she wasn't being harassed about Lindsay Lohan? Speaking of Linds, just what IS Samantha doing at Lindsay's fav store? Perhaps someone is getting their famous ex-gf a little something special for the holidays?

Anyway, it looks like the DJ's hair is starting to grow out, and if there's any chance she's taking requests, I'd love to see her with the platinum blonde locks again...that was super hot!

But she still has plans to get pregnant, so I guess we'll be expecting an official announcement in the months to come!

The reality TV vixen (loose interpretation of the word vixen here) tweeted the other day, "BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: I am going to become a SURROGATE MOTHER for my brother & his Wife!!! That is my xmas present to them. Im pregnant!!!!"

However, you can't believe everything you read on Twitter - Tila told Life & Style, “I’m about to be [pregnant]. When I tweeted that, I figured there’s not enough space in the 140 characters. [I meant] I’m going to give him a Christmas present that’s going to change his life. I don’t have time to take care of a real baby of my own — not yet however — I feel I am very ready to experience the whole pregnancy process but without having to actually have the baby my own to take care of.”

Uhh, because that's what motherhood is all about...

Just another day in Aspen for Heidi Klum and company! The perfect fam - minus their other kids - took a break from skiing and decided to shop. Baby Lou is so adorbs! I'd much rather hang out with this bunch than Nick and Mariah...

Yesterday evening we spotted Pete Wentz toting around little Bronx in NYC, and the boys were joined by auntie Jessica Simpson. It looks like the time Jess is spending on the east coast is doing her good - just look at that smile! And yet again, check out how stunning she looks minus the makeup:

Aw boo! She's still glowing from underneath her black coat. And while we're saddened not to get a peak at her preggers baby belly, at least her hair looks fab!

Hmm, but is she in Florida to spend some quality time with her family, or is she trying to hitch a ride on Tiger's yacht for a trip to the Bahamas?

Rachel Uchitel is currently in Palm Beach, Florida, and while many websites have this crazy theory that she's in town to shack up with Tiger Woods, her attorney Gloria Allred released the following statement: "Rachel is in Florida because she has family there."

When asked if Rachel and Tiger are still talking, Allred had no comment, but we have to ask...isn't it a little bit suspicious that Tiger's boat is docked just a few miles from where Rachel is reportedly staying?
