She won't be silenced!

Kathy Griffin held a press conference this morning with her lawyers to address her public feud with Donald Trump over that beheading photo controversy, and she's basically accusing him of trying to ruin her life and career.

Griffin's lawyer explained that the comedienne's photoshoot was just a "parody of Trump's own sexist remarks" which was "misinterpreted as a threat of violence," and her apology "should have been the end of it." Instead, the POTUS and his family are "using their power to target her and her employers even after she apologized."

The funny lady took the mic and said she's taking a stand against misogyny and the most "woman-hating, tyrannical President in US history." She declared that she's not afraid of him and will continue to resist his efforts to defund Planned Parenthood, Meals on Wheels, and other organizations that don't fit into his sexist agenda.

She says that she's been forced to hire a criminal attorney, but that she has a first amendment right to publicly parody the President. She also noted that other male celebrities, like Marilyn Manson, have criticized and "made threats" against Trump and they never got this kind of backlash and reaction.

Bottom line - Kathy Griffin thinks this is only a big issue because she's a woman and the Trump family are bullies.

Reports surfaced this week that Rob Kardashian had moved on from Blac Chyna and was dating reality star Mehgan James, but he says that's not true! "Wait reading online about some chick I'm dating Megan something. Not true never even met her or heard of her before," he tweeted yesterday.

James then retweeted his comment and added her own response.

"Less is more. Although I've been advised not to say anything , I will say, I'm only 'Megan something.' I don't control the media but we all know who does. Im just as confused as everyone else," she wrote. Hmm... is she implying the Kardashians are spinning stories for publicity?

This doesn't mean he's holding out for a reconciliation with his baby mama, though!

"He has been happy and understands that he and Chyna are not a match. Both of them do better without each other," a source dished to Us Weekly.

He should stay single and work on himself, rather than get involved with all these fame hungry gold diggers!

Charlie Sheen seemed to be dying to chat with photographers as he arrived at Giorgio Baldi in Santa Monica for his daughter Lola's birthday dinner last night, and now we know why... he wanted to show off his new lady love! "This is my girlfriend, that's Jules," he told us as the pretty blonde got out of the car. His HIV diagnosis isn't getting in the way of his dating life it seems. Good for him!

We asked the TV star if he had an opinion on Donald Trump's decision to pull out of the Paris climate change agreement, and he gave us a classic one liner. "It's a dark day for planet Earth," he quipped. You can say that again!

We caught up with Iggy Azalea at LAX and asked her about the Prez's controversial withdrawal, and the rapper had similar sentiments to the Two and a Half Men actor. "It's unfortunate... it's really sad... The world should be very concerned," she said when asked about the topic.

Brad Pitt took his late pal Chris Cornell's two children Toni, 12, and Christopher, 11, to Harry Potter World at Universal Studios yesterday, and several parkgoers managed to snap the group on the outing.

The actor was close friends with the Soundgarden rocker, who committed suicide in a Detroit hotel room last month, and was said to be devastated by his death. The War Machine star attended the deceased musician's funeral at Hollywood Forever Cemetery last week, but has yet to break his silence on the tragedy.

The A-list hunk didn't have his own six kids in tow, but he treated Cornell's brood like his own at the amusement park.

A source tells X17:

"Brad can't fathom what's it like for kids to their dad. He feels awful for them, and told Chris' wife Vicky he'd like to take them out for some fun and to get their minds off things. He knows how much Chris would have appreciated it."

What a thoughtful gesture!

Jennifer Garner ran errands today with son Samuel, just one day after taking to Facebook to set the record straight on her new People magazine cover story, which she says she never OK'd or participated in.

"It has been brought to my attention that there is a People magazine cover and article out today that appear to be coming from me. It isn't unusual for me to receive calls from loved ones thinking I forgot to tell them I am pregnant--with twins!--(Geez Louise), but those are so ridiculous they're easy to ignore," she began.

"This isn't a tragedy by any measure, but it does affect me and my family and so, before my mom's garden club lights up her phone, I wanted to set the record straight. I did not pose for this cover. I did not participate in or authorize this article. While we are here, for what it's worth: I have three wonderful kids and my family is complete," she continued.

The glossy heard the actress loud and clear, but maintain they were just giving the people - pun intended! - what they want.

"PEOPLE covers Hollywood stars beloved by our audience, and our story on Jennifer Garner is fair and truthful. To be clear, it does not include rumors and does not say she's pregnant. We wish her well," they said in a statement.
