Despite online reports that Michael Lohan would be joining daughter Lindsay in India for a documentary, X17online can report that that's not the case.

When asked if he was traveling overseas with Lindsay, Michael told X17online exclusively:

"No. I would love to go. But let's see if it happens. Who knows what CHRISTmas will bring. It might be a gift that we would do something like that. God knows, nobody else does that kind of work."

Aww, maybe Lindsay will have a change of heart and invite him along? After all, it is the holidays!

Tiger Woods' mother-in-law Barbro Holmberg was released from a Florida hospital this afternoon after being admitted early this morning with stomach pains.

After leaving the hospital on a wheelchair (which is standard), Holmberg returned to Woods' house in Windermere, where she is recuperating.

Less than 48 hours after scandalous, boobie-baring shots of Lindsay Lohan hit the web, she jetted off to India to work on a documentary project.

It's nice that Lindsay is venturing to that region of the world to help those less fortunate than her, but are these really her intentions? I mean, is there ANY chance she's doing this just to snag herself some good press?

Yesterday we caught Kelly Osbourne and her adorable pup in the rain, but Ozzy's little girl didn't seem to mind the precip too much. And can I just say how great she looks? All that dancing definitely did wonders for her bod, and it's good to see her back on track!

Travis Barker has settled his suit against Clay Lacy Aviation for the 2008 crash that caused four deaths and caused serious burns on both Barker and DJ AM.

The mother of Barker's bodyguard Che Still, who was killed in the crash, also settled her claim at the same time. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed.

The 20 million dollar wrongful death suit filed by Adam Goldstein's estate against the company remains open. Goldstein's mother claims that the crash caused Adam's post-traumatic stress disorder, which led to his dependence on pills and ultimately were to blame for his death.
