Earlier this morning, photogs caught Cash Warren out in Beverly Hills and when they asked him about his relationship with Lindsay, he got all nervous and practically ran inside his car!

After news of Tiger's numerous affairs became public, Elin Nordegren has purchased a mansion in her native Sweden, sparking rumors she plans on taking the kids and moving back home.

"The official story from her family is that she bought the place with her twin sister, Josefin, not with Tiger," said Poppe Linge of Swedish news agency HPG.

The house, which was apparently owned by a former soccer-star, cost Elin 2 million and is on a remote Scandinavian island reachable only by a ferryboat.

Now, we hear that rumor is bunk -- plus, photogs on the scene say this was strictly business. "Lindsay and Cash went to the meeting together, but they left separately," an X17 photographer tells us. "Lindsay looked as business-y as Lindsay gets. It's not like they were trying to sneak in a quickie in the middle of an office building in Beverly Hills!"

Lindz has already said the pair is working on a project together. And why would she want to jeopardize her new relationship with Jason Segel for a little afternoon delight with a married man?

And for over $100,000 per episode, why not?

Audrina Patridge has officially signed on to star in the next season of The Hills, and a source tells Us Weekly, "She is getting six figures per episode. It is an incredibly lucrative deal."

Audrina's rep tells the mag, “I can officially confirm that Audrina Patridge will appear in the 6th season of The Hills. Production will resume shortly after the new year. Next week, Patridge begins filming the pilot episode of her currently unnamed spinoff show, also for MTV . The new show will be produced by Mark Burnett."
