The photog, Yu Tsai told Page Six, "The three of them were very sensual and provocative, but Lindsay understands this piece was created not for any sensational value other than artistic integrity," Tsai told the paper. "There was never a discussion about pushing the boundaries. She was totally comfortable with the nudity as long as it had artistic integrity."



Speaking of "artisitic integrity," in addition to the threesome, the photo shoot features Lindsay slipping a nip on the front cover and showing off a saggy bottom in a bathroom!

Yesterday, Brit and her boy Jason rolled up to Fred Segal's Mauro cafe in her brand new Beemer -- a b'day present for her 28th.

Britney, who smacked Jason's ass in the way in (@ the :22 mark), seemed to be completely in control of the relationship, even screaming at her man for leaving her alone to take a phone call!

An X17 photographer tells us: "Jason went outside to take a business call on his cell, and you could tell when he left her alone that Britney was really upset. She had the look on her face, like, ‘what the hell do you think you’re doing?’ He seems a bit like a slave to her.”

After skipping out on the Chevron World Challenge, Tiger Woods took to his blog to defend himself apologize for letting down his fans and charities and golf lovers and event organizers ...

"As the final round of the Chevron World Challenge begins, I would like to extend my heartfelt thank you to everyone affiliated with the event, especially our amazing title sponsor, Chevron," writes Woods, 33, who withdrew from the Chevron World Challenge because of unspecified injuries from a Nov. 27 car accident outside his home in Florida.

They've been title sponsor for the last two years and have a vision and passion for creating real opportunities for my Foundation. I thank them for their ongoing commitment.

I'd also like to thank all of our supporting sponsors and my tireless, dedicated staff, board and volunteers who collectively produce this first-class golf tournament. I am so grateful to them for their efforts, and I am sincerely sorry I was unable to fulfill my duties as host and player in this important event. "There are also 18 outstanding pros in the field, and I thank them for providing us all with some excellent competition this week.
