We spotted Jessica Alba buying a big bag of epsom salt at Rite Aid yesterday.

While Jessica may just be a practicing recessionista and saving money on bath salts by using the generic version, we just looked up what else epsom salts are used for and Wikipedia says: "Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate) can be beneficial to soothe and relieve herpes outbreak symptoms, such as itching and lesions relating to genital herpes and shingles."

Whoops!

So, it's been pretty cold here in LA. Cold for LA, anyway, and it's obvious that Brit's feeling a little bit, um, nippy, so why on earth would she get an iced coffee?

An inside source tells X17online that, as soon as she walked in, she walked up to Benji's table... at which point he got up and left. BURN! Wonder why he was hating on her?

At the very least, our source says LiLo didn't have a drink in her hand. Yay for sobriety!

Victoria Beckham took her three boys to Pirate's Dinner Adventure in Buena Park on Saturday, a family dinner show with "special effects, aerial artistry and swordplay." Sounds like a blast to me!

A source from inside the show tells the following to X17online exclusively:

"Victoria was totally into the show - she was singing along, holding her big rum drink up and cheering. She was totally satisfied with the super basic meal, served from carts, family-style to the entire audience. This woman is NOT a diva - she was down-to-earth and had a great time with her boys. She thanked the owners profusely at the end of the show and the group headed back home in their chauffeur-driven SUV."

How refreshing to know! Posh might wear super-high heels and look unfriendly, but she's always seemed pretty normal and nice to me.
