Tiger Woods and his wife, Elin Nordegren, declined to speak to the Floriday Highway Patrol at their Isleworth home this afternoon, making it the second day in a row they've delayed the interview.

Attempts were made to get to the bottom of what exactly occured in the early morning hours of Friday, when Woods suffered lacerations to his face after first hitting a fire hydrant and then plowing into a neighbor's tree.

Some reports suggest that Woods' wife, Elin, is responsible for the injuries, which were inflicted on Tiger with a golf club after an argument over a claim that Tiger was having an affair.

If those reports turn out to be true, Elin could be arrested for and charged with domestic abuse. Even if Tiger does not agree or consent, the state can press charges on behalf of the victim.

The 911 tapes will apparently be released tomorrow, so they might shed some light on the matter if the couple continues to refuse to talk.

The accident occured just outside of Woods' Windermere home

Photos taken of Tiger Woods' car early yesterday morning show that it was more than just a "minor" accident as stated on his website.

The photos, obtained by WFTV.com, show a severely damaged front end of Woods' Cadillac SUV, with the passenger side wheel smashed into a neighbor's tree near Woods' Windimere home.

Questions over what exactly caused Woods' injuries have yet to be answered, as authorities are still trying to question the star and his wife.
