Aww, what a good girl!

Even though Lindsay Lohan looked less than thrilled when we caught up with her at Right On Programs yesterday afternoon, at least she's doing something to help herself! But if it wasn't court ordered and the world wasn't watching, would she be as committed about attending the classes? Hmm...

Lauren Conrad may have already written the book on how to parlay a role on an MTV reality show into a life-long career, but the successful reality star/failed designer is also attempting to write a book on style, despite having none of her own.

The LA Candy bestselling author will be coming out with a new book, inventively titled Lauren Conrad Style, to be released by Harper Collins next year.

“I am really excited to write a style guide,” said Conrad in a release. “I think fashion should be fun and reflective of who you are. When you wear clothes you feel good in, it shows in everything you do. I know this guide will offer simple, practical tips to help anyone look fabulous.”

"Lauren Conrad" and "looking fabulous" are not phrases I would use in the same sentence, but I guess you want to spend a lot of money at expensive boutiques to look perfectly acceptable and boring, this is exactly the book for you!

And it was totally a coincidence that she happened to forget her bra last night, right?

The Aussie hottie was spotted grabbing dinner with a friend in Bev Hills, and even though she totally pulled a Britney with her boobies, we have to admit, she looks mighty perky! Er, perty!

As Jon Gosselin prepares to face TLC in court over their breach-of-contract suit, Michael Lohan reveals to X17online that he also breached a contract with Star reporter Kate Majors that cost her her job.

In an e-mail, Michael tells us:

"I am in the midst of traveling, and it was just brought to my attention that Mark Heller has tried to dismiss the credibility and legality of the "prommisory" note Jon Gosselin wrote for/to Kate Major.

To begin with, any educated attorney will concur that a hand written note or even a verbal promise, are legally binding.

Once more, I was there when Jon promised to employ Kate if she resigned from her position at The Star Magazine. Not only did my fiance', Erin Muller and I, tell Kate not to do this, but we questioned Jon on his intentions.

Not only did Jon express his scincerity as related to hiring Kate, but he also confided in me that his intentions to have a relationship with Kate, were true. He told me that he was going to leave Hailey, and nutrture a relationship with Kate Major.
Since this time, Jon has violated the trust of every person in our circle that he has met. Moral obligations, financial arrangements and even personal promises, have been broken, with hope that he would better benifit himself.

Proof enough is that after I, personally, brought him to Michael and Mark Heller, he has kept me out of the loop and has not disclosed many of the money making promotions and projects he has contracted, through Michael Heller or me.
I have recorded conversations of Jon, Mark, Michael, myself and others, negotiating deals for Jon and even committing to projects.

There was even a written book deal for 90 days, which Jon and Mark breached in 30.
The point of the matter is, Jon Gosselin and his representation have lied, cheated and deceived the people around them, who were there for him the most. And if push comes to shove, I have plenty of evidence to prove it.

Thank God, that when I felt I was being lied to or deceived, I recorded my conversations, to prove my case. People can knock me all they want, but facts are facts, and it's hard to deny what is said. If need be, you will hear the TRUTH!"

Both Michael Lohan and Kate Majors will be deposed in the case against Jon which begins December 14th, and it looks like they've got plenty of evidence to prove TLC's case!

Ok, Rob's admission that he and Kristen are engaged is British sarcasm at work, but looking at this interview, there's no denying Rob's running out of ways to pretend his relationship isn't real!

In a game of "True or False," Matt Lauer on the Today Show asked Pattinson about a series of rumors. "You're dating a costar whose name rhymes with Tristan Blewart," Lauer asked. "Yes" Pattinson responded, trying not to crack up. "You got engaged?" "Ahhh, yes," Rob responded after a pause.

He also admits that he got into a "butt accident" and had a "drug overdose," so obviously he's not being 100% serious, but there's always a little truth to the rumors, right?

Yesterday we caught Katy Perry leaving the gym in Hollywood, and the songbird was looking super sexy in head to toe spandex. Hot 'n cold? More like hot 'n hotter! Russell Brand is a very lucky bloke!

After the gym we caught Katy leaving a skateboard store, and she was practically mobbed by photographers when she left. Think it had anything to do with her choice in workout gear?

Last night we spotted Rob Pattinson leaving David Letterman's studio in NYC, and the Twilight stud looked smokin' hot in this casual suit. Then again, Rob would look gorgeous in a burlap sack designed by Ed Hardy, so we really don't care what he wears as long as we get to see his sexy mug and luscious locks!

Awwww! Not only is David Beckham a total sex symbol, but he's a very dedicated daddy as well.

We photographed the soccer stud along with Romeo, Brooklyn and the super adorable Cruz throwing around a football and a baseball at a local park this afternoon, and these are some of the cutest pictures we've EVER seen.

Not only does David get way into it, but his boys are clearly enjoying themselves as well. Any chance that one or two of his sons will pick football over soccer when it comes time to choose sports in school? Cruz looks like he'd make a pretty good tackle!

But what about that cast on David's right foot? Is it really a good idea for him to be horsing around with his kids? Hopefully he'll get back into the game soon!
