Uh-oh! Not cool.

Jay-Z had a concert at UCLA's Pauley Pavilion last night and tons of celebs - LiLo, SamRo, Nicole Richie and Rihanna - showed up, natch. As did photogs of course!

Unfortch for one of our X17 photogs, Jay-Z's bodyguard decided to take out some of his aggression... Jay-Z was eating at Capitol City in Hollywood watching the game before the concert when, all of a sudden, his bodyguard rushed outside and attacked our photog!

Our guy told us this afterward:

"Jay-Z's bodyguard, this big huge guy, runs out and shoves me into the street and shoves some guy's camera into my head and I fell on the street. I called the police."

And it's not the first time Jay-Z's bodyguard has been involved in an altercation - in August, Jay-Z and Beyonce were on vacay in Croatia when the bodyguard grabbed a pap's tripod and tossed it into the sea!



Maybe this guy should take some anger management classes?

Levi Johnston is set to file for joint custody of his 10-month-old son Tripp with his high school girlfriend, Bristol Palin.

Johnston told The Insider, "At the end of the month I'm going to file for joint custody of Tripp."

The decision came after Johnston had trouble visiting Tripp over the weekend. The current custody agreement is "Not working. I'm done," he says. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."

But now that Levi's got so many gigs (including showing off his "wang" in Playgirl), will he be able to handle joint custody?

Michael Lohan has released yet another recorded phone conversation, this time with Lindsay's longtime assistant Jenni Muro. Jenni seems upset with Michael at times during the recording, but she also expresses her concern for the 23-year-old starlet and her tumultuous relationship with Samantha Ronson.

On trying to save Lindsay:

She is another mess, she is no better than she was two years ago and she knows that Michael. If [Lindsay's other assistant] Laurie and I weren't around right now, again we would be in really grave danger you know? You know what the bottom line is? The bottom line is Laurie gets paid three times what I get paid. I get a 5% commission on this entire TV show and it's sick and disgusting and I'm here and I give up my boyfriend and my dog and my parents and my new place in LA and everything so that your daughter doesn't kill herself, okay?

I am trying to save your daughter's life every day ... I can't even set up work stuff. I can't set up work stuff ... And you know I'm ready to leave because I don't want it on my watch either.

On her obsession with Samantha:

Britney was causing controversy over the price of tickets for her lip-synced Circus concert before she even arrived in Australia, and now that she's there, the critics are getting even more vicious, causing Britney to become "extremely upset."

Australia's Daily Telegraph reports that Brit holed up in her Perth hotel after fans walked out on her "lackluster" performance over the weekend (a claim her promoter, Paul Dainty, flat-out denies.)

"Britney is aware of all this and she's extremely upset about it," Dainty told The Australian. "She's a human being," he continued. "I'm embarrassed, with such a big international entourage here with Britney, to be part of the Australian media when I see that kind of totally inaccurate reporting."

Fans have come to Brit's defense on her website, posting several messages of encouragement about her shows down under. Even John Mayer defended Brit, tweeting, "If you're shocked that Britney was lip-syncing at her concert and want your money back, life may continue to be hard for you."

Plus, she's got something to look forward to -- Brit's boys are reportedly set to join their mom down under!
