The conflict between Lindsay and her dad is heating up!

"As far as Lindsay is concerned, if she retracts her statement and goes into a rehab, I will stop. But if the lies continue and prescription drug use don't stop. Neither will I. As for me. I am sorry I Had to talk this root [sic], but I have tried and tried to help Linds,and I been lied about long enough. Lindsay has two weeks to get herself into a LONG TERM rehab."

Umm-OMFG! I was walking ahead of Patrick with the security guard&some guy was following me, then pulled up in his car&pointed a GUN at me! I was on the phone w/my mum&i screamed and ducked&the guy started laughing&pushed the trigger&it was a fake gun..I was crying..he scared me :(

Yikes! Stay safe over there, Linds! Maybe heading back to the US for rehab would be safer? ...

Something went down in Paris' chauffeur-driven car Halloween night -- there was a struggle, some yelling, and then Paris' phone went out the window!

Fortunately for Queen P, X17 was there to retrieve her phone and when Nicky Hilton dialed the number later in the night, our guy answered and told her he wanted to deliver it to her, which he did.

So what was all the commotion about? And who was the guy jumping all over Paris and then walking arm-in-arm with her? Did Doug have his lingerie in a bunch over someone who's obviously just a friend?

Kingston's little brother Zuma is super adorable, but Heidi Klum's crow costume was pretty impressive too! And of course, Paris Hilton was the sexiest tooth fairy we've ever seen, so which one of these celebs would you pick for best Halloween costume?

It's being reported that Mel Gibson's girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva, gave birth to a baby girl on Friday, several weeks before her December due date.

When X17online contacted Mel's publicist, he wasn't able to confirm the news yet, so it looks like we'll have to a little bit longer, but if this is the case, congrats to the happy family!

Jessica Alba and hubby Cash Warren dressed up as Dora The Explorer and Diego, and even though they weren't the sexiest ones at the party, you have to give them some credit for their originality! Or maybe give Honor some props, because we're guessing she had a lot to do with their choice in Halloween costumes this year!

We kinda wish she made a stop at Burger King on the way there, because homegirl looks like she could have used a cheeseburger or two twelve!

Rachel Zoe and hubby Rodger Berman attended Heidi Klum's Halloween party at Voyeur last night, and while Rachel definitely had the more fashionable outfit, Rodger didn't seem to mind! After all, she's the more famous, stylish one between the two of them, so he's prob used to it!

After leaving Heidi Klum's Halloween bash last night, it looks like Paris Hilton and boyfriend Doug Reinhardt had some sort of a wild party in their limo, because as the car made it's way down La Brea in Hollywood, Paris' cell went flying out the window! Oops!

Thankfully, one of our X17 photographers found the phone and brought it back to Paris after Nicky Hilton called it and coordinated the return. Aw, X17 saved the day! And you know Paris would be going through text withdrawals if she didn't have her cell!

We spotted Russell Brand out and about last night, and while we're digging his hawt costume, we have to ask where Katy was! Sure, the girl he was out with had the same raven locks as his lady love, but it sure didn't look like her from the back!
