After seeing the report that his daughter Lindsay (with the help of mom Dina) is planning to take out a restraining order against him, Michael Lohan spoke exclusively to X17online about the situation, telling us he fears for Lindsay's health, and he demands that she return to rehab ASAP!

Michael tells X17online exclusively:

...And now that Lindsay and Dina continue to lie and deny her problems, and even make up stories about me, NOW, you will see and hear Lindsay's calls and texts TOO! I am NOT the liar, they are, and now everyone will know. Hopefully then, they will realize how deceptive and in denial they are, and finally realize that lying and denial are part of their addictions. That's right, I said THEIR, and you all know what I mean! RIGHT DINA!?

As far as Lindsay is concerned, if she retracts her statement and goes into a rehab, I will stop. But if the lies continue and prescription drug use don't stop. Neither will I. As for me. I am sorry I Had to talk this root [sic], but I have tried and tried to help Linds,and I been lied about long enough ... Lindsay has two weeks to get herself into a LONG TERM rehab. By the way, this is all coming from Dina, because Ali texted me two days ago telling me not to release any tapes of Dina. Dina should be ashamed of HERSELF by continually using her kids and ..... Others"

Last night La Toya Jackson made an appearance in West Hollywood, and we're not sure what she was trying to be (an alien porn star? Tila Tequila in ten years?) but it was definitely scary...er, sexy?

Lindsay Lohan and her mother Dina are working together to completely cut Michael Lohan out of their life, and their latest move has the 23-year-old starlet seeking a restraining order against her father.

Dina tells Page Six Lindsay is applying for a restraining order after reading Michael's statement to X17online where he said he wanted to kidnap her and force her into rehab.

After hearing reports that Michael planned to go on TV and play her phone messages about Lindsay, Dina told Page Six: "He's getting a cease-and-desist letter [from us], so that's not going to happen. If it's something personal about your child, you don't go public with it."

Dina continued, "He is hurting Lindsay. It breaks my heart. She's like, 'Mommy, when is he ever going to stop?' It is horrific that a father could do this. We are afraid he's spiraling out of control. Ali is scared and will be getting an order of protection. Lindsay is getting an order in California and in New York. He's desperate, he's running out of options because none of his children is talking to him. Doors are closing for him, and he's getting a little nervous, which makes us nervous. We're scared. But I believe in karma, and his leash is getting tighter. He just needs to zip his mouth."

Dina added that Michael is six months behind in his child support, and she plans on getting him nailed for that too. "On Monday, we will file a violation order, and if he doesn't pay, he'll go to jail," she said. "He's getting paid for these shows he's doing talking about Lindsay. He's flying all over the country and not paying for his other three children he's hurting every time he goes on television."

Lindsay seems to echo her mother's sentiments, as she tweeted the other day:

"My father is a lunatic&doesn't even deserve such a title since he's never been around in my life other than when he'd threaten me&my family He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars. Its so sad to get A phone call from my baby sister just now asking, "why is daddy doing this?" Through tears. He's crossed the lines&hurt me&my family 4 the the last time.... So much for having a 'dad'..... I'm going to spend some time with the ones that love me&i love now. I appreciate those who Continue to support me. My fans keep me strong&i love you all so much for it! My second family is what you are to me. Happy hallow's eve! :)"

So much drama!

Last night Heidi Klum held her tenth annual Halloween bash at Voyeur in Hollywood, and the supermodel/supermom and her hubby Seal dressed as crows. Time out ... can you believe Heidi gave birth to her fourth child less than a month ago?! She's looking absolutely amazing!

Anyway, I guess matching costumes were the thing to do this year ... first Paris and Doug, Heidi and Seal, Eliza and Rick, and the list goes on! Of course, Heidi showed off her lovely legs, and while she looks fabulous, I don't even want to know how many cotton balls and bottles of makeup remover she had to use later in the evening!

This family is consistently the cutest bunch of people on the face of the planet!!!

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale have created some adorable offspring, there's no doubt, and when they're all dressed up, it's just too cute for words!

Jessica Simpson took a cue from all the traveling she's been doing for her upcoming show The Price of Beauty, donning a Moroccan caftan costume for Halloween last night (she was just in the North African country a few weeks ago).

Jess still had henna on her hands after a trip to India for the VH1 show but the platform heels were straight-up Jessica -- no Indian influence here! Unfortunately the shoes were so uncomfortable she had to take them off and go barefoot during the Hollywood house party she attended.



An X17 photographer told us: "Jessica was in such a good mood -- you could tell she had fun dressing up. She wasn't with a guy, but she was having a great time with her girlfriends."
