The judge in the hearing evidence against Howard K. Stern, Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor in the Anna Nicole Smith drug case has decided that the three will stand trial for their alleged hands in the starlet's death.

The three defendants have pled "not guilty" to illegally conspiracy to prescribe, administer and dispense controlled substances to an addict.

They will return to court to argue their case before a jury on December 11th.

Christian Audigier has decided not to move into the Holmby Hills home that was Michael Jackson's last residence as previously planned.

Audigier was supposed to take possession of the property, owned by Guess and Ed Hardy CEO Hubert Guez in December when Michael's lease is officially up, but felt the move would be too macabre.

A source tells X17online.com exclusively, "Christian visited the house and felt it wasn't right. He didn't want to live with the ghost of Michael Jackson."

Despite reports that they've broken up, Twilight co-stars Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson are definitely still on.

Yesterday, they left the Vancouver set of Eclipse together, grabbing a flight that landed in LA at 3:30pm.

A passenger onboard the plane tells X17online.com exclusively, "Rob and Kristen were together in the plane, sitting next to each other. They were chatting the whole ride but the second we pulled up to the terminal, they got into this incognito mode -- they pulled their hoods over their heads and the second they walked into the airport, they went their separate ways."

The couple parted ways at the airport, jumping in separate limos that took Kristen to her parents house and Rob to a hotel.
