Taylor & Taylor hit up alice + olivia in Beverly Hills and then retreated to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for a more private dinner.

Brit and Jason were out and about yesterday, running some business errands in Beverly Hills, but during what could have been a boring afternoon task, Britney seemed to be having a grand old time!

The pair first headed to the Mondrian hotel on Sunset where Spears nipped in for about 20 minutes. Then Jason chauffeured Britney all the way back to Calabasas and back to Beverly Hills again about an hour later!

Sure, Britney got a bit tired after so much driving, but Jason definitely drives her wild sometimes!

These kids are in some serious trouble!

The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office has filed charges against five of the suspects in the recent celebrity robberies - Nick Prugo is now facing seven counts of felony residential burglary, Diana Tamayo is facing two, and Alexis Neiers, Roy Lopez Jr. and Courtney Ames are each facing one count.

Tamayo was charged for the burglary of Lindsay Lohan and Ashley Tisdale, Ames and Lopez were each charged for stealing jewels from Paris Hilton while Alexis Neiers (aka Alexis Taylor, Playboy model Tess Taylor's little sister), was charged with the robbery of Orlando Bloom.

Prugo is scheduled to be arraigned on November 12, while his alleged co-conspirators are due in court later that month - Neiers will be arraigned on November 16, Tamayo on November 17, Ames on November 20 and Lopez on November 23. The investigation into suspect Rachel Lee is still ongoing, according to DA spokesperson Jane Robison.
