Jessica has signed up to star in and produce first time screenwriter Julia Brownell's original screenplay F*cking Engaged, which The Hollywood Reporter describes as "a raunchy comedy about a couple who make a pact to have sex every day leading to their wedding so they don't turn into their crusty old parents."

Must be serious!) before heading to a romantic dinner at Ruth's Chris Steak House! While Taylor S. didn't exactly admit it to Ellen, she didn't exactly deny their relationship either!

In something that could be straight outta The Gods Must Be Crazy, during Madonna's recent visit to the Malawian orphanage where she adopted David, one young orphan told the Queen of Pop, "You are our god."

Hills extra star Stephanie Pratt has been formally charged by the Los Angeles County Superior Court with suspicion of driving under the influence.

Spencer's little sis was arrested on October 18 at 3:45 AM in Hollywood and held on a $5,000 bail after being pulled over for suspicion of drunk driving. Pratt's blood alcohol level was determined to be .09, which is just barely over the legal limit.

The 23-year-old reality star reportedly faces a maximum of six months in jail and a fine of $1,000. Maybe she'll get lucky and end up serving a total of 90 minutes like Khloe, Nicole and the other naughty starlets? I guess we'll find out!

As if Lindsay Lohan's Twitter pic wasn't enough to get the rumor mill started, a source tells X17online exclusively that Lindsay was getting all touchy feely with model Petey Wright during her photo shoot at the Chateau Marmont yesterday afternoon. Lindsay arrived at the hotel with her pal Jorge around 3pm, and it sounds she was mixing business with pleasure for most of the evening!

A source tells X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay was all over Petey during the sexy photo shoot, and it continued when the shoot ended! They headed into a room at the Chateau for 2 hours and Lindsay couldn't keep her hands off of him - and vice versa! What is she doing? One minute her and Sam are together, and they next she is flirting with every hot guy in sight!!!"

Petey won the V Man and Ford Model Search last year, and since then he's booked tons of gigs, including runway work for Alexander McQueen and Yves Saint Laurent. If Lindsay truly is back to boinking boys, she definitely picked a winner...this guy is a bona fide hottie, and it's easy to see why the two would have explosive chemistry!

And the hot hookup continued after Lindsay and company left the Chateau! Around 1:30am they decided to go clubbing, first driving by Bardot and then stopping by Wonderland, and a source inside the club tells X17online exclusively:

"OMG! I was at Wonderland club tonight and Lindsay was there with some hot model guy named Petey. She posted a pic of him on her Twitter!! She had her hand on his leg the whole time between kisses, and they stayed for under 2 hours, I can't believe that I saw her there though. I'm so shocked I can't get to sleep!!!"

The group left at 2:20am, at which point Linds jumped into the car of a teenage paparazzo, Austin Visschedyk, and he was subsequently pulled over for speeding through a red light. Crazy nights are pretty standard for Lilo, but we've been wondering when Lindsay would give up on girls, and it looks like the time has come! Can't wait to see more of this HOT couple out and about in Hollywood!

The emotional Hailey Glassman interview we told you about yesterday doesn't air on The Insider until tonight, but they've released some heart-wrenching footage from the segment which shows a completely shattered Glassman crying as she reveals her heartache.

She's only ever seemed like a supremely confident 22-year-old, but now Hailey is finally breaking down after the "abuse" she's suffered by Jon.

"I can't do this anymore, I can't take it," she tells the Insider team as tears stream down her face. "If you really love me, let me go."

"I put my entire life on hold and everywhere I go people are whispering, 'there's the homewrecker,'" Hailey sobs.

Some of the other questions she'll answer tonight are "Would you marry him?", "What do you really think of Kate?", "Are you here to break up with Jon?" and "Does Jon abuse you?"

Even though Hailey's come off as a bit brash in the past, she's surprisingly vulnerable in this interview and I actually caught myself feeling sorry for her!

Yesterday, after a full day on a photo shoot at Chateau Marmont, Lindsay decided to unwind with friends at club Wonderland in Hollywood. But after she left the club, things got really interesting.

Lindsay hopped into a car with a 16-year-old paparazzo, Austin Visschedyk, who sped off down Hollywood Blvd., ran a red light and got pulled over by the cops -- as Lindsay hid in the back seat!

Our photographer on the scene told us:

"Lindsay was on her photo shoot at the Chateau Marmont for what seemed like an eternity -- from 3:00 pm to 1:30 am. After that she went to Wonderland night club with a few friends at 1:40 am. When she left the night club, at 2:20 AM, she jumped inside of a 16-year-old paparazzo's car! He was speeding down Hollywood and when he passed the red light on the corner of Hollywood and La Brea, the cops pulled him over! Lindsay looked so embarrassed, she just hid her face in the backseat the entire time!"

I guess when you don't have a license, you can't be too picky who your designated driver is, but next time, Lindz, pick someone who's had their license for more than a minute!
