Oh wait, she's always shopping on Robertson and dining out in Beverly Hills! Phoebe Price 2.0? You'd think La Toya would want to keep inside for a while or at least go incognito, but nope! Janet she's not.

Last night The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Nene Leakes and Michael Lohan appeared on The Insider to discuss parenting, among other things, and the outspoken reality TV star repeatedly blasted Lindsay's dad for being a "toxic parent."

Michael attempted to defend himself, telling Nene he feared for his daughter's safety, but she wasn't having it. Nene looked like she was about to explode when she said, "Do not make me come after you ... I will eat you alive!" Lohan looked like he had had enough, as he removed his earpiece and walked away from the camera, but he still wants to set the record straight. Michael tells X17online exclusively:

"How can Ne Ne slam me for being toxic when she was an exotic dancer, had several known affairs, had her house foreclosed on and had two cars repossessed? I am trying to save my daughter's life. And if people deny it, call me a liar or knock me, I will prove them wrong. Starting NOW!"

Michael certainly seems to have Lindsay's best interest at heart, but can he alone save the troubled starlet? And what's Dina going to do to help with this mess?

I love that, every time someone takes actress Rachel Bilson's picture, she seems so surprised and taken aback. Like, "No really, it's okay, why are you spending your time on me?"

I guess the way to Lindsay's heart is through 23 bottles of Cristal! Well, maybe not, but one secret admirer tried to buy the starlet's affection with bottles of the bubbly at the Angel Ball after-party at 1Oak.

Page Six reports that waiters carrying champagne with sparklers stormed through the crowd as the DJ announced, "23 bottles of Cristal for Lindsay Lohan's 23rd birthday!" Lindsay looked shocked, saying, "I don't know why they are doing this. My birthday is July 2nd." But a half hour later, another 23 bottles were produced.

46 bottles of Cristal? That's about one bottle for each year Lindsay looks as if she's lived.

OMG OMG OMG! Watching this latest New Moon clip has us chomping at the bit for the film's release, which is now less than a month away. Can't WAIT!
