Though we've heard rumors that these two were on the rocks, Rosie O'Donnell has confirmed that she and girlfriend Kelli Carpenter are having "issues" and possibly heading towards Splitsville!

In an interview with Lifeline Live, a USA Today reporter asked Rosie if she had split from Kelli, and she responded, "We're a family. We will remain a family forever. And we are working on our issues."

Rosie continued, "[Our children are] adorable and wonderful and they are by far a priority. Kelli and I love each other very much and we are working on our issues. Those are the only words I am ever going to say. Ever. And that is something that has been agreed upon by all parties. But everything's fine and everybody's good and we're still both raising them together. We will both continue to parent them and we're friendly and everything's all right."

Hopefully they can work it out!

Miss California USA officials want Carrie Prejean to pay back the $5,200 they say she borrowed to have her breasts enhanced last year. This demand is in response to a lawsuit filed by the Miss USA runner-up in which she accuses pageant officials of violating her privacy by telling the press that her boobs were fake.

Prejean's lawyer Charles LiMandri said, "They have proven, once again, that they will use whatever scurrilous accusations they can dredge up - or invent - to try and tarnish Carrie's reputation and her good name." LiMandri added that the pageant filing was part of an "ongoing smear campaign" against her.

State pageant officials beg to differ, and they counter that the truth about Carrie's breasts "ceased being private during the swimsuit competition of the nationally televised Miss USA pageant, in which [she] walked the stage in a bikini." Well, they certainly have a point! It was pretty damn obvious to us that the chest we saw on TV wasn't the one God gave her!

State pageant officials say they loaned Carrie the money for the surgery under an oral agreement that she would repay them, and she never did. "Ms. Prejean disclosed that she had been thinking about and wanting to have breast augmentation surgery for some time, but did not have the money to pay for it," the filing said. "She felt that if she had the surgery, in her opinion, she would be more competitive for the Miss USA pageant." After pageant officials agreed to loan her the money, Prejean underwent breast augmentation in January.

The group also asked a judge to give them all of the profits from Carrie's tell-all book, which they claim was written in violation of her pageant contract. Miss California USA Executive Director Keith Lewis said, "Our claim is not about financial reward, and all profits awarded will be donated to a charity that promotes the values of our organization."

Looks like one of Rachel Bilson's pals got a bit too overprotective yesterday, as he nearly knocked over one of our photographers outside of a parking garage in Beverly Hills!

Rachel was pulling her Prius out of the lot when her rather beefy dude friend angrily lunged straight towards our lensmen. He clearly didn't want anyone to take a picture of Rach, but there has to be a more polite way to do it than this!
