Add another Hollywood celeb to the DUI club! Not that Stephanie Pratt is REALLY a celeb, but still.

The Hills starlet - who's admitted to being addicted to drugs and alcohol in the past - was arrested for suspicion of DUI at 3:45 earlier this morning in Hollywood.

Apparently, the 23-year-old was partying last night at Empire for Holly Montag's birthday. Steph is currently being held in custody in Van Nuys jail and bail is set at $5,000.

Roman's attorney, Herve Temime, reveals that the infamous film director - arrested for having sex with an underage girl some 30 years ago - has been moved out of jail...

"All I know is that he has been taken from prison for medical attention. I don't know where he is or when he will be returned," claims the lawyer.
