But it's true - Jennifer Aniston is definitely back together with ex beau John Mayer. An inside source tells X17online.com exclusively:

"Jen has never really gotten over John. She always felt vindicated when she was dating him... like dating a younger guy was proof she's still hot. After her heartbreak with Brad, John was just when she needed."

Congrats! I think? It must be fun for 40-year-old Jen to be with 31-year-old John, but can this relationship really last? Our source also says the following:

"Jennifer's friends are just worried that John will break her heart again. He's so young and he's been such a player. And now that John has a new album to promote [Battle Studies], some people around Jen are kind of questioning John's motives."

A former bodyguard for Anna Nicole Smith testified yesterday that he saw the late model's lover/lawyer Howard K. Stern cook a crushed Valium pill in a spoon and draw the drug into a syringe for her in October of 2006, just four months before she died of drug related causes.

Maurice Brighthaupt told the courtroom that he witnessed Howard injecting Anna Nicole in her Bahamas home shortly after her son Daniel died from a drug overdose.
Brighthaupt said, "I saw him drawing up liquid from the spoon that was being cooked. She couldn't swallow. Anna and Howard felt if they put it in the blood system that it would get into her system quicker."

Brighthaupt said he saw Stern inject Smith with medications "four or five" times in months leading up to her own death, and he also saw Dr. Khristine Eroshevich deliver chloral hydrate to the Bahamas and inject Smith on at least one occasion.

However, Stern's lawyer sang a different tune. He said, "Prescription medications were never injected by Howard K. Stern. Howard K. Stern loved Anna. He was concerned about Anna's welfare. That's why he wanted to make certain that the doctors prescribed the right medication. He was always with Anna, and it was his hope that Anna would take the medication as she was supposed to to control her pain. She needed to manage her pain."

Roman Polanski's wife Emmanuelle Seigner rode up to her Paris apartment on a motorcycle today, and just seconds after she stepped off of the bike, a local videographer approached her asking for an interview. Rather than politely declining the reporter's request (or simply telling her to piss off!), Emmanuelle flipped out, punching and wrestling with the videographer until she fled.

Sources on the scene tell X17online exclusively, "Emmanuelle appeared on edge before the reporter came up to her, but she looked like she had completely lost it when she struck the woman. I wouldn't be surprised if the reporter presses charges against her!"

I'm sure Emmanuelle is upset that her husband is in a Swiss jail at the moment, but let's not forget why he's there...

Audrina Patridge and a gal pal stopped by Barneys in Beverly Hills yesterday afternoon, and after spending some time perusing the footwear, the Hills hottie emerged from the store with a smile on her face and a decent sized shopping bag. It's not like this "actress" has any auditions to go to, so she might as well burn through some of her reality TV cash, right?

Keanu Reeves has taken a paternity test to prove he's not the father of a Canadian woman's children.

46-year-old Karen Sala filed a lawsuit claiming Keanu fathered "at least one" of her four grown kids. The Sun reports that Sala was asking for $150,000 a month in child support, backdated to 1988, and $3 million a month in spousal support, retroactive from 2006.

But Keanu has maintained that the woman's claims are bogus. "Her allegations are completely false and absurd," said Keanu's rep. "Mr. Reeves has no knowledge of who she is."

Keanu submitted to a DNA test, which he passed with flying colors.

Nick Prugo, the alleged suspect in the robbery of both Lindsay and Audrina's homes, may have found a new victim: Nickelodeon's Drake Bell.

Nick was spotted hanging with Bell and Tess Taylor at the Roosevelt earlier this week, not looking too concerned with going undercover.

Course, Lilo did say the person who robbed her was a "friend", so maybe befriending the Drake is his first step -- let's just hope Drake has a better security system than Lilo!

Lady GaGa announced on her official website this morning plans for her next North American tour, which will be called "The Monster Ball." The tour will begin on November 27 in Montreal, and it will wrap up on January 21, 2010 in New York City. Kid Cudi will be the supporting act for the entire tour.

Lady GaGa says on her site:
The Haus of Gaga had been designing "The Monster Ball" for premiere in 2010 at the O2 Arena in London, but due to diligent work and preparation, 'The Monster Ball' will begin on November 27 in Montreal. "The Monster Ball" is a multimedia artistic experience in the style of the first-ever "pop electro opera."
