X17online.com can confirm that LeAnn Rimes has moved into the same gated community in Calabasas where Eddie Cibrian's estranged wife Brandi Glanville is still living with the couple's children. The house is walking distance from the kids' school, and apparently the homewrecking hottie's new location is ruffling some feathers!

Brandi Glanville tells Us Weekly, "I have a new neighbor and her name is LeAnn Rimes. She's moved in a half a mile from my house and a block from my son's school. So she is completely space invading me at the moment so things are not cool. There is a point where she needs to have a sensitive side and back the F up." YES! We want to hear more!

It looks like moving into that development wasn't such a good idea...Brandi is out for blood! "Honestly, she's Single White Female-ing me. She wants my life," she continues. "She wants my kids. She wants my husband. She can have most of everything but just not my children or my family." Don't mess with a jilted mama bear!

Though Kate appeared on The Today Show this morning and revealed that Jon snatched hundreds of thousands of dollars away from her and the kids, Jon is calling her claims "a total fabrication."

In an interview airing on The Insider tonight, Jon says, "I've never taken any money out because over ten years, Kate handled all the banking. Over the past four years of doing the show, we accrued $2,250,000. She says in the past week I took $230,000. I have withdrawn roughly $177,000 over the course of a year, which is less than 10 percent of what we made. That's like my paycheck." Jon added, "I withdrew $22,000 last Thursday. I have the paper trail to prove it." Hmm wonder what that $22k was for? That's a pretty big withdrawal for a reality TV dad living a normal life! And didn't he just say that he hasn't taken any money out?

And that's not all! Jon went on to say that Kate is "incriminating herself and not thinking clearly. She's wanting me to look bad. She's hiding money. We have 11 bank accounts. That was just our joint account. She had a best-selling book. Where's that million dollars?" But is Kate REALLY hiding the money from Jon? Maybe trying to halt production of their show (aka their income) wasn't such a smart move, Jon!

Anyway, lawyers for the feuding couple are currently on a conference call with a judge trying to determine whether or not Jon was in contempt of a court order when he (allegedly) withdrew $230,000 from their joint bank account. If Jon is found to be in contempt, he could be forced to return the money...hopefully he hasn't spent it all on Ed Hardy gear and Hailey's boob job!

It really is Courtney Love contemplatively looking in the mirror at The Mirage 20th Anniversary party in Vegas, and somehow completely overlooking the fact that her eyeliner is smeared halfway down her cheeks...
