Marisa Miller attended the Herve Leger show in NYC yesterday, and the Victoria's Secret model took the opportunity to show off her fabulous figure in not one but two sexy dresses. The question is, which look do you like better on the blonde beauty?

And is it just us, or does it look like someone stretched MM out in the shot on the right? Has she really dropped that much weight?

Alan Ball Spills Some Secrets About Season Three Of True Blood!

Posted on Mon Sep 14th, 2009 2:15pm PDT       By X17 Staff

While I had mixed feelings about last night's season finale of HBO's True Blood, I'm definitely eager for the third season to return to the network, and I can't wait for the teasers to come out. Unfortunately we're going to have to wait a few more months for that, but Michael Ausiello from EW was lucky enough to sit down with True Blood creator Alan Ball, and he gave us some deets on what we can expect when the show returns next year.

When asked why we didn't see more of the deliciously evil Eric Northman in the season finale, Ball said:
There is a reason for not seeing Eric in the last part of the episode, but if I explain it, I’ll be [giving away] too much...I thought wow, I had many seasons of Eric planned but I guess I’ll have to off him...Personally, I’m like, yes, Eric’s hot, but beyond that he’s dangerous, and I don’t know if he’d love anybody besides himself. What’s the appeal there? The bad boy? The danger?

On Evan Rachel Wood's Queen not being "scary enough," Ball said:
She will [show her scary side]. You don’t want to introduce a character you’re going to see later and blow your wad up front...All I can say is keep watching. It will make sense...She won’t be a series regular, but she will appear. Every state has its own vampire royalty. We will meet the King of Mississippi (newly cast Tony winner Denis O’Hare). Interesting things happening between him and Evan’s Queen.

Ball added that Lafayette will get a boyfriend next season, and we will finally find out what exactly Sookie is. So who took Bill? Click after the jump to see what Alan told Michael!

Kanye Blogs "I'm Sorry" To Taylor... AGAIN!

Hey, no harm in saying it twice, right?

There was "an incident" at the VMAs last night - in case you've been living under a rock, Kanye West stole the mic from Taylor Swift and claimed Beyonce's vid was better - and Kanye already apologized once... and now he's doing it again.

The following was just posted on Kanye's blog:

"I feel like Ben Stiller in 'Meet the Parents' when he messed up everything and Robert De Niro asked him to leave... That was Taylor's moment and I had no right in any way to take it from her. I am truly sorry."

Oh, really? You're goin' there? Ben Stiller wasn't even the villain in that movie, he was just trying to please everyone!

So maybe Kanye isn't even apologizing?

After all the drama ended at the VMAs last night, the stars hit The Big Apple for even more entertainment!

While some celebs flocked to 1Oak to get their drink and dance on, Jay Z and Asics threw an afterparty at the 40/40 Club, and naturally Beyonce's music mogul hubby rolled in with Rihanna and Justin Timberlake! Sources inside the club tell us that the trio stayed for about a hour, chatted in a private room and did a few shots of tequila. Sounds like a good time to us!

Elton John Too Old To Adopt

Posted on Mon Sep 14th, 2009 1:36pm PDT       By X17 Staff

eltonadopt.jpg

No sooner did Elton John announce he wanted to adopt a 14-month old Ukrainian orphan struggling with HIV, than the country's Family, Youth and Sports Minister Yuriy Pavlenko, say that law would prevent the singer and his partner, David Furnish, from bringing little Lev home.

Pavlenko told the AP that Ukrainian law requires an adoptive parent to be no more than 45 years older than the child. John is 62.

But his age isn't the only hurdle - John's apparently also too gay to adopt! The law requires adoptive parents to be married. Even though John and Furnish are married (or "civil-unioned"?), the Ukraines don't accept same-sex marriage.

However, the law wasn't exactly on Madonna's side when she adopted Mercy, either, but she found a way, and somehow, if Elton John persists, we think he'll find a way, too!
