In the neverending game of "who fathered Jackson's kids?", another name has emerged as a possible dad for Blanket: Michael's longtime pal Macauley Culkin.
AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
According to
The Sun, "This isn't just chitter-chatter, even Culkin suspects he's Blanket's father," says a Jackson pal.
Even the source admits this is a bizarre rumor. "So many names have been mentioned as prospective dads, and this is probably the wackiest yet. But Jackson and Culkin were best friends. He was one of the few people Jackson really trusted and Mack never let him down. Really, Jackson idolised him - that's why he asked Mack to donate sperm. Deep down, I think he always wished Mack was his son. Creating Blanket was the next best thing."
That's pretty gross, even for "Wacko Jacko."
At this point, it seems like anyone could claim to be the mother/father of Jackson's kids, so until there's a conclusive DNA test, I won't believe it!
UPDATE: The kid is not Macaulay's son! We e-mailed his rep who said, "These inquiries are too preposterous for us to even acknowledge."

Is it just me, or does Mel Gibson make the BEST crazy faces?
We caught the actor/soon to be Octodad out and about in Malibu over the weekend (going to church, running errands, you know, normal stuff), and even though he looked like he was about to throw it down, we snapped him smiling just a few moments later. Aww, why so moody Mel?

Just one more reason to tune into the VMAs this month: Indie rockers
Death Cab for Cutie will be performing the first song off the New Moon soundtrack, titled "Meet Me At The Equinox"!
Stephenie Meyer posted a statement from the band on her
website:
"We are very excited to be a part of this amazing series of novels set in our own backyard. It just seemed a perfect synergy that a band from the Northwest would create a song for a series of novels set in the Northwest. We wrote 'Meet Me On the Equinox' to reflect the celestial themes and motifs that run throughout the Twilight series and we wanted to capture that desperate feeling of endings and beginnings that so strongly affect the main characters. This song marks the first attempt that Death Cab for Cutie has ever made at contributing new, unreleased material for a film and we are proud to be a part of the Twilight legacy."  Nick Harmer / Death Cab for Cutie
Additionally,
Hitfix.com says Radiohead's Thom Yorke and Bon Iver are writing songs specifically for the film.
Now if only they can get RPattz to contribute another song, this may be the best album of 2009!

No really! We love her in glasses, her hair looks fantastic, she's showing off her legs AND she's smiling! While her overly inflated lips aren't doing her any favors, we still adore the 23-year-old starlet and we're happy to see her out having a good time at Crown Bar.

Celebrity Rehab host and addiction specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky says the pain meds DJ AM was taking for painful burns sustained after a harrowing plane crash may have "reawakened" addiction in the formerly sober DJ.
"It very slowly and subtly reawakens addiction," Pinsky told the AP. "I'm not saying it was inappropriately prescribed, I'm saying he didn't know the risks."
DJ AM, who had beat an addiction to crack and ecstasy, was set to debut a show on MTV, "Gone Too Far," about people struggling to kick their own addictions.
"I am a recovering drug addict," AM said recently while promoting the show. "When I see it and I'm in their room and the paraphernalia and the whole lifestyle and everything, I still, 11 years later, have that little thing in my head that starts thinking, 'Oh, where's that? I wonder what that is?'"
Although AM wasn't found until
Friday afternoon in his New York apartment, he texted two friends that morning at 1am. Police are still trying to piece together an exact time and cause of death as they wait for the toxicology reports.

On Friday Kelly Preston cancelled her appearance at the annual Women's Conference, saying it was "just too soon" to talk about her son Jett's death and that she was "still deeply in the process of healing." However, just 48 hours later we snapped her dining with Miley Cyrus and mom Tish, and she seemed to be in much better spirits.
The group went to Morton's Steakhouse in Burbank around 8:30pm last night, and after the ladies were done with their dinner, Kelly took the Disney superstarlet home, while Tish left separately. Though their dinner seems a bit odd at first, remember this: Miley and Kelly both star in the upcoming film,
The Last Song, and we're guessing the teen queen was able to cheer up John Travolta's lady love. Awww, Miley!

During his emotional sit-down with Larry King last week, Chris Brown said that he "can't believe" he assaulted Rihanna last February during a violent incident that Brown doesn't even remember happening.
“When I look at it now, it’s just like, wow, like, I can’t  I can’t believe that  that actually happened," Chris told Larry. Brown also admitted that he's still in love with Rihanna, despite the fact that a judge ordered them to have no contact with each other for the next five years.
When asked about how he feels about the idea of the woman he's in love with seeing other men, Chris responded, “I definitely would be affected by it, but, at the end of the day, I mean, we’re not together, so, if she’s happy, I’m cool.â€Â
Chris' full interview airs on CNN Wednesday night.
