One day after being robbed of thousands of dollars of jewels from her Hollywood Hills home, Lindsay sought to replenish her stash with a trip to Roseark in West Hollywood.

No word on how much of that insurance (or Sevin Nyne) money she dropped on the new jewels, but we're sure Lindz picked up something pretty.

Michael Ausiello at Entertainment Weekly claims that Ed Westwick (as the cooly seductive womanizer Chuck Bass) will kiss actor Neal Bledsoe in the upcoming season of the show. Apparently, Bledsoe will play NYU's head of freshman affairs and, as Blair wants to deliver the freshman speech, she needs Bledsoe's - whose character is gay - help. So it's Chuck to the rescue!

A judge has sentenced Chris Brown to five years of felony probation in the assault case against him stemming from the February incident involving Rihanna.

In addition to five years of probation, Chris Brown will have to perform must perform 180 days of community labor, which the judge has stipulated she wants to be "hard labor," in full view of the public so no one thinks he's getting off easy because he's a celebrity.

He must also complete a 52 week domestic violence program, which Chris has requested to participate in his home state of Virginia at the Commonwealth Catholic Charities.

Brown is also subject to search and seizure at any time for the next 5 years. He isn't allowed to own any "dangerous weapons", including guns or knives.

The judge did not lift the "stay away" order, it's still in effect, which requires Brown to stay 100 yards away from her, unless there's an entertainment-related event, in which he must stay 10 yards away. He also is not allowed to have any contact with her, in person, on the phone, e-mail, or through a 3rd party. If he violates this order and contacts her in any way, the judge has made it clear that this will be a violation of his probation, and he will be sent to state prison.

The court advised Rihanna's attorney today that if she wanted to seek a modification of the stay-away order, she can appear in court to do so. Rihanna's attorney says "Rihanna is aware of her rights."

Through her attorney, Rihanna thanked her friends, family and fans around the world for their support, and wanted to say that she is fully focusing on her career right now.

Their hit HBO show True Blood scored record-breaking ratings this Sunday, with a best-ever 5.3 million viewers, which is up 20 percent over last week’s 4.5 million viewers, according to Entertainment Weekly.

We've been True Blood fans since season one, but we're thrilled to see more and more people tuning in to our favorite vampire show each week. Oh, and next week's episode? We can't WAIT to see Evan Rachel Wood and more of Alex Skarsgard's sexy buns!
