Despite rumors that Justica were on the outs, an X17online spy tells us that they are very much together and going strong!

Our source inside the clubs tells us that last night at Crown Bar:

"Justin and Jessica were totally all good. Hand holding, hugging, making out - the works. They stayed for a little bit over and hour and hung out with friends including JC Chasez. They looked happy and in love."

And these guys are so in sync, they even wore matching tops for their sexy night out - It MUST be true love!

No longer looking like the Olsen twins' homeless sister, Shenae washed her hair and put on some cute clothes (well, at least they're clean clothes) for a night out at Katsuya!

But all the light from the flashes scared off our little woodland creature, because she ran back into the restaurant to await the valet in (relative) darkness.

She's pretty adorable (and tiny in person) but her behavior is starting to get increasingly skittish! Get used to it Shenae, you're a big star now!

While Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are getting outta town and hiding their heads in shame, the "three" in the tape's threesome, former beauty queen Kari Ann Peniche, is talking to E!

You can't really blame the former Celebrity Rehab resident for wanting to tell her side of the story. And from her POV, it all seems very innocent and "fun"!

She says she found out about the tape's leak much like the rest of us. “I just got a call from Eric. He was obviously upset, asking me something about Mindy (McCready), and that's when I was like I should go home and check to see what this is about.”

Mindy, her former Celeb Rehab roomie, is just one of the peopled rumored to be the one who leaked the tape. Other rumors suggest it was Kari Ann herself. “If I was going to leak it, I would have done that a long time ago," Kari Ann told E!. "If someone else was going to leak it they would have done it a long time ago… I would never leak this tape.”

Other reports say the tape was taken in a police raid, but Kari Ann protests "Nobody raided my house; I haven't had any contact with LAPD."

When asked if she was worried about being brought up on criminal charges in connection with the tape, she said "Not really. Because I'm not worried about anything!"

Wow, we wish we lived in her world!

Brody Jenner was rushed to the hospital Thursday night, with appendicitis on the eve of his 26th birthday.

The Hills star tweeted yesterday, "@Jayde_Nicole and I sitting around at the hospital waiting for me to go under the knife :( great birthday!"

But judging from that pic, it couldn't have been allll bad. Brody, who called Jayde "the best nurse ever," said "it's been a long 2 days," but hopefully he won't be in for too much longer.

Brody just twittered about an hour ago, "Still in the hospital.. Hope I get out today!!! :)"

And we hope he's feeling better!

Boo Boo Stewart (aka Seth Clearwater in Eclipse) has revealed that the Twilight saga is set to be a pentalogy...which means that after New Moon, we'll have three more films to look forward to!

Boo Boo (not his real name) tells Access Hollywood that the bosses at Summit are planning an extra film for the franchise. As there are only four books written at this time (with Breaking Dawn being the last), there is much speculation as to what would constitute the fifth film.

Would they break Breaking Dawn into two parts? Come up with something new for the fifth? Or would Stephenie Meyer's leaked unfinished manuscript, Midnight Sun, which is Twilight told from Edward's point of view be the fifth?

LeAnn must love the feeling of cotton on her bare boobs, because this girl just cannot seem to wear a bra!

Sure, she's a member of the itty bitty titty committee, so it's not like it's necessary or anything, but in the words of Valerie Cherish, "I don't wanna SEE that!"

But I guess there is someone who does!

When they say no good deed goes unpunished, they were probably talking about the poor restaurant worker who was practically arrested in New York yesterday when he demanded proof that Lilo was the owner of the lost phone he was trying to return.

The NY Daily News says that the counterman of the Manhattan deli, Mohammed Hashan, was "cursed out" when he tried to get Lilo to prove that the phone left on his counter actually belonged to the actress.

Lilo went into the restaurant yesterday to get a cup of ice, but ended up leaving her phone on the counter.

Hashan says he chased after her to try to return the phone, but wanted proof it was hers before handing it over.

"I said, 'Is this your phone?' She said, 'Yes.' I said, 'Give me proof because there were more customers. If this is your phone, you know the number. If it rings, I'll give it to you.'"

But Lilo, perhaps shocked that he didn't know what an enormous celebrity she is, tried to snatch the phone. But when that didn't work, she had her friend call her phone. Course, the phone didn't actually ring. Uh-oh.

That's when Lilo lost it. "She said, 'I'm calling the police! I'm going to arrest you for not giving me my phone!'" Hashan told the paper. Geez, from her reaction, you might think she'd have some McSteamy-style naked video on there or something!

"Who is she? Is she a star? I'm no celebrity. I'm not nothing. I'm only a restaurant worker," said Hashan.

Lindsay's trusty friend Patrick called 911, the cops showed up and Hashan handed over the phone. They unlocked the device, saw pics of Lilo on the phone, and gave it back to her.

"I was just trying to be honest. Now I have police and trouble already," says Hashan.

That's what you get for daring to demand ID from the famous (and infamous) Lindsay Lohan!

With all the controversy surrounding their leaked sex- excuse me, naked tape, Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart are getting out of town.

The couple left their home yesterday with their dogs, just after we broke the news that the tape's being investigated by the LAPD for any "criminal activity".

With Grey's Anatomy already shooting their new season, we're guessing it's just a weekend away, so can they really get far enough to outrun their problems? We seriously doubt there's anyone in this country who hasn't yet seen this tape!
