The Los Angeles District Attorney's Office calls a report saying Michael Jackson's doctor will be charged with manslaughter in the next two weeks "completely and totally false," according to Access Hollywood.

Several media sources had reported charges would be filed against Dr. Conrad Murray for his role in Jackson's death once a final search warrant was executed at a Los Angeles pharmacy.

The reports also said that medical malpractice charges would likely be filed against longtime Jackson dermatologist and friend Dr. Arnold Klein.

While the DA seems to be denying the charges will be filed in the next two weeks, they don't say charges will not be filed at some point in the future. Looks like the doctor isn't off the hook, yet!

And even though it's on Lifetime and not Bravo, we can't wait!

Heidi Klum, Tim Gunn and everyone else is back to judge a whole new group of designers this season and, that's right, Samantha Ronson's ladylove will be guest starring! Hey, she does have her own line of leggings. That's something!

The actress was spotted - after hours, no less - at Griffith Park last night taking pictures. Oh yeah, just what every normal 19 year old does! Is this for a class project or something?

The Hills girls were photographed at the legendary hangout last night, and though this isn't a typical Hollywood party girl spot, everyone seemed to be having a great time. Do the girls a) have way more fun without Lauren b) genuinely get along well or c) fake it for the cameras? That's one secret I'll never tell!

P.S. How do we feel about Audrina's ripped jeans? They may not be a fashion success, but she certainly has the figure to pull 'em off!

Hmm, this isn't really news though, is it?

Kate Major (aka Kate 2.0) doesn't want to be one upped by Jon Gosselin's girlfriend Hailey Glassman, so naturally, she's dishing the dirt to Life & Style about Jon, his parenting skills and his 22-year-old party princess girlfriend!

Hailey gave an interview to E! last week in which she denied being a fame whore and called Kate 2.0 "cuckoo," so we knew it would only be a matter of time before Kate responded. Surprisingly, the former tabloid reporter doesn't take any stabs at Hailey; in fact, she totally plays the broken-hearted victim here, and she's pretty convincing! It almost makes us feel bad for her, and it certainly looks like she'd be better off without Jon.

On the first time Kate had sex with Jon (eww):

"Jon never wanted to use his credit card - he was worried that he'd get caught or spotted. On July 20, we went to a hotel in New Jersey. I paid for the room, and he snuck up a back way. That was the first time we slept together. He said he was falling in love with me. He said, 'I thought Hailey was perfect until I met you.'"

On her late night booty calls:

"Jon said he couldn’t be seen having a girlfriend, so he told me to drive to a neighbor’s house after midnight, when the kids were asleep. He said he’d pick me up on his four-wheeler, take me to his house and drop me off again at 6 a.m. I was shocked and said, 'No, I don’t feel right doing that. What if the kids wake up?' He was like, 'They’re not going to notice, they’re not going to see anything.' He wasn’t nervous about it - I was. Looking back, it was all pretty much sexual. That's what he had in mind."

On being dumped via text message:

"Jon told me he needed to go to Massachusetts to meet Hailey and break up with her. Right when he left on July 23, he shut his phone off - and also shut himself off. Once he finally called me, I didn’t know the new person. He sounded upset and said he needed to be single right now. Then he sent me a message saying, 'Do not contact me again.'"

In hindsight...

"Looking back on it now, he was stringing me along. Even when we were in the Hamptons, we were planning to go to LA together to meet with Christian Audigier about Ed Hardy stuff. We also talked about going to Las Vegas. Now he’s taking Hailey - and that was a trip we had planned together."

Note: If you're sleeping with a guy in a hotel and he makes you pay, he's just not that into you! Hopefully she learned her lesson!

Make that car drama!

Fresh from their romantic vacay in Bora Bora, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt dined at Dan Tana's last night, and though it looks like the super sexy couple had a lovely meal, things got a bit complicated when they left the restaurant!

Paris and Doug arrived at the eatery in separate cars (she told X17online photogs last night she was coming from a photo shoot), but when it was time to go, it looks like one of the cars was nowhere to be found! Doug had already hopped in a large SUV, and after a few minutes Paris finally found him, at which point they switched cars and drove back to Paris' pad.

Whew, glad to see Paris found her knight in shining SUV! Walking more than a block in those high heels must have been a hassle!

Even though we've snapped Robsten spending the night and getting lunch together, The Daily Mirror seems to insist that Rob is a single man!

In an interview with The Daily Mirror, Rob said, "I don't have a girlfriend. I don't know why. You always think you’re going to get more girls after you’ve made a movie and it never happens. You sit there and you're like 'I'm a big movie star and I want to go out with some models’ but I don’t know why that doesn’t happen. It’s especially different in LA. Most of the women there are actresses and by default that makes them a little bit nuts – not that that’s a bad thing. But I don’t really have a type." Rob continues, "Whenever I get asked who my favourite celebrity crush is, I have no idea."

Um, HELLO? What about Kristen?! We know these two are trying to keep their relationship on the DL, but why oh why would Rob deny it in an interview? And what about the models thing? Would Rob REALLY say that? Perhaps he's doing it because he thinks more people will see his movies if they think he's single? Or is this interview just a bunch of baloney?

There's a lot of new drama for a former reality star today!

Just hours after giving an interview to NBC's Matt Lauer, Survivor winner Richard Hatch was put back behind bars.

Hatch had been serving house arrest at his sister's home after nearly four years behind bars for failing to pay taxes on the $1 million he won on Survivor.

In the interview which aired on the Today show Tuesday, Hatch said he felt he had been targeted because he is gay and accused prosecutors of misconduct. The interview had been approved by prison officials.

It's not clear why Hatch was taken back into custody. Speaking to Lauer on Wednesday morning, Hatch's attorney said she didn't know if Richard's accusations were the reason he was put back in jail.

"I really don't know, everything Rich said is public record," the attorney said.
