Country superstar Shania Twain is the latest addition to the American Idol judging panel, as she will join Simon Cowell, Randy Jackson and Kara DioGuardi in Chicago for two days this week, according to E! News.

Shania joins the likes of Victoria Beckham, Katy Perry and Mary J. Blige as guest judges this season, and though it looks like Paula is out of the picture, there is still talk that she may return. Then again, would Fox really be putting this much effort into bringing in a team of all star judges if they thought Paula would be back for more?

Technically he's right...it's just a tape in which Eric Dane is crawling around naked with wife Rebecca Gayheart and former Miss Teen USA, Kari Ann Peniche!

The steamy video hit the internet yesterday afternoon, and though there is no sex documented, one can only imagine what happened after the camera was turned off...or when the trio began filming a part two!

Dane's lawyer Marty Singer issued the following statement after the release of the tape:

"This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public. Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a 'sex tape.' It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it. If anyone exploits the tape, they will be violating my clients' rights and will be exposed to significant liability."

Peniche's manager David Weintraub tells Us Weekly, this "was all done in good fun...this is not a sex tape. It's guys having fun, hanging out together. There is no sex involved in this."

Hmm, maybe they should have thought about the consequences when they were filming the naughtiness?

Last night we photographed Nicole Richie and babydaddy Joel Madden leaving Nobu, and the expectant mama was in no mood to have her photo taken! Nicole's due any day now, and you know we're not gonna see much of her after she pops, so we were at least hoping to catch a peek at her face one last time before she delivers!

P.S. Isn't it dangerous to eat sushi if you're preggers? Hopefully Nicole ordered edamame and chicken teriyaki!

Though she can get grumpy at times, Jennifer Garner was looking totally relaxed and approachable when we snapped her on the set of Valentine's Day in Santa Monica yesterday. The mother of two has slimmed down considerably since giving birth to Seraphina 8 months ago, and she's looking oh so fabulous!

But which one does she look hotter in???

We just can't get enough of our girl Brit by the pool in Marina del Rey over the weekend - girlfriend rocked a pink suit and later a sea-green one! Better question is, does the Circus singer look sexier from the front or the back?

We just got even more shots of Leonardo DiCaprio on the set of Inception in Paris, and he brought along several members of his family, including his mother Irmalin. Though Leo got a bit antsy as soon as he spotted photographers across the street, surprisingly he didn't cover up his lovely mug. Hmm, maybe he didn't want to embarrass the fam?
