And what better way to get ready for a baby than stocking up on fruit! A preggers Camila Alves was spotted out in the 'Bu buying pears and oranges to take home for her and Matty McConaughey to enjoy... think they're excited for little Levi to have a sibling?

Our favorite hotel heiress is currently on vacay in Tahiti with her beau and we can't help but notice how happy she looks! Huuuuuge.
