Michael Douglas and his ex-wife Diandra Douglas are speaking out about the arrest of their son Cameron on drug trafficking charges.

"The family is devastated and very disappointed in Cameron's recent behavior. Any family who has dealt with substance abuse knows how devastating it can be," the statement said.

Cameron Douglas, 30, is facing a mandatory 10 years to life sentence for allegedly distributing crystal meth nationwide.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for September 10th.

While it has been reported the Birkin bag loving Mrs. Beckham would be making just a one-time only appearance as a fourth judge on Idol, it now appears she's going to be giving her opinions to the AI hopefuls at least one more time.

Posh was spotted alongside Idol staffers aboard an American Airlines flight bound for Boston, where the next round of auditions are being held.

Does this mean the designer diva will be getting a permanent chair at the judge's table alongside Simon, Randy and Kara? It just might explain why Posh is reportedly trying to loose her accent!
