Victoria Beckham is taking elocution lessons before appearing on American Idol, in an attempt to soften her British accent, according to OK! UK.

The designer is reportedly "determined to impress audiences" during her first judging stint on the hit talent show, so she decided to get some formal training to make sure her accent is "understandable." A source tells the mag, "Victoria knows she has a very thick British accent and is sometimes misunderstood in America. She wanted to come across the best she could on American Idol, so she took some private lessons on how to properly pronounce words and how to make appropriate facial expressions."

Hey, we love Posh just the way she is, so we don't think she has to change her accent, but whatever works! And we've said it before and we'll say it again...we'd LOVE it if she was put on the judging panel permanently! And it's not just because of her eccentric outfits!

Despite reports that Michael Jackson's body has been laid to rest at Forest Lawn, Joe Jackson spoke with E! News and revealed that the king of pop is still "not buried yet."

Joe wouldn't discuss burial plans or confirm whether or not his son's body has been placed in Berry Gordy's crypt, but he did say that he supports a proposal to move Neverland to Vegas. Hmm, how does the rest of the Jackson family feel about that? Somehow we think Joe is all alone on this one!

Nadya Suleman was hospitalized at 5 am yesterday morning at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in Bellflower, CA near her home.

Octomom went in for surgery following recurring bladder problems after delivering her octuplets in late January. The procedure was relatively minor and she was told she would be in the hospital for 3 - 5 days. A source close to Suleman tells X17online.com exclusively:

"Nadya woke up this morning in good spirits, though she's missing her children. She's recovering well and may be discharged as early as tomorrow."

...and in broad daylight, no less!

The rehabilitated actress was out shopping - seriously, she shops every damn day! - in La La Land with sister Ali "I Don't Go To School" Lohan the other day. What is it with these two girls drinking Coke and shopping 24/7?
