Geez, you'd think these two were newlyweds on a honeymoon, but they've been married for over a decade!

Cindy Crawford and hubby Rande Gerber were photographed partying with Sting and some other pals in St. Tropez, and of course they took the time to remind us how happy and perfect their relationship is! Ugh, so jealous of these two...and you know they're probably just as lovey dovey when the cameras are nowhere in sight!

Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher and Anne Heche hit the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas for a screening of Ashton's new flick Spread last night, and it looks like everyone enjoyed their time in Sin City!

Spread follows a Hollywood douche/player Nikki (Ashton) who sleeps his way into a life of luxury, but he eventually meets his match in a girl named Heather. Anne plays an older woman Ashton seduces, and while this movie probably won't ever be in the same sentence as phrases like "critically acclaimed" and "spectacular filmmaking," it does sound at least somewhat funny right?

Spotted: Rachel Bilson grabbing lunch with some pals at Joey's Cafe in WeHo on Wednesday afternoon. Hmm, she's the cutest of the cute so I'm just gonna ignore that top!

But why does she have her hand in her pocket in all these pix? We wanna see the engagement ring! That is, if the engagement is still on...

Less than 48 hours after Paula Abdul tweeted that she was leaving American Idol, Fox Chairman of Entertainment Peter Rice confirmed that the show is planning to replace her, adding, “There is going to be a search."

At the Fox Television Critics Association panel discussion on Thursday morning, Rice said, “We were hoping Paula came back. We love Paula. She’s been a really wonderful part of the show for eight years. There is going to be a change and that change we have to look at that as being a positive change. It wasn’t a decision we made, but we have to look at it in a positive way.”

Rice added they will look for “someone who has great chemistry” with fellow judges Simon Cowell, Kara DioGuardi and Randy Jackson. Geez, I guess this means Paula has no chance of coming back! So what will she do next? We're guessing it won't be too hard for her to land another judge gig on a talent competition, so what about So You Think You Can Dance?

When asked if he would like for Paula to be a judge on the show, Idol and SYTYCD executive producer Nigel Lythgoe said, “Absolutely there’s no question about that. I don’t know anyone who’s had her experience. I’ve been trying to get her since season one...I spoke to her yesterday morning. We didn’t talk about the negotiations. That’s a private issue. We’re going to Vegas for season six this weekend and she’s coming out to meet me and we’re going to talk about what opportunities are out there."

When asked about rumors that she'll join SYTYCD, Paula replied, "I didn't know I was given an offer...no, I love the show. It's a wonderful show. I don't think that's going to happen. I have to be really careful and think about everything."

However, Lythgoe still isn't entirely convinced that Abdul is completely done with Idol. “I still don’t know that she’s going to leave Idol,” he said. “Until Idol goes on the air there’s always the opportunity for negotiations.” However, Rice told reporters that he was bummed to see Paula leave, but he said, “Our understanding is we have concluded the negotiation and Paula will not be returning to the show."

Hmm, so is Paula's departure REALLY set in stone? We're not even 100% sure!

While we won't know for a while if Paula will be back for American Idol next season, we can tell you that Katy Perry has signed up to be a guest judge.

And like Victoria Beckham, who will also be sitting at the judges table, Perry will be featured on just one episode.

“We’ll have these guest judges do one week each during the audition [period]… there is no thought right now that any of these judges will be long term judge for us,” Fox's Peter Rice said.

“All of the people we are talking to have successful careers. I don’t even think they’d be available to judge full-time. We have now until January to introduce a new energy to the panel.”

Michael Jackson's family is apparently moving forward with plans to have the King of Pop permanently laid to rest at Forest Lawn in the Hollywood Hills.

The family has reportedly agreed on a final resting spot for Michael and are in the process of arranging a burial.

Michael passed away on June 25th and his body has been held in the family crypt belonging to Motown founder Berry Gordy since being released following an autopsy.

But wait - she doesn't even have any kids! Eh, no matter!

Loukoumi's Good Deeds, a book Jennifer narrated with her dad, John, has won the iParenting Media Award in the 2009 "Outstanding" category.

The book is based on a true story about a cleaning lady named Daisy who worked in the same office as author Nick Katsoris. Jen voiced the character of Daisy, and proceeds from the book and CD will go towards St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Aww Jen! Maybe sometime in the near future she'll be able to read stories to her very own little ones? Here's to hoping!

He's allegedly been offered a similar deal before - think he'll actually do it this time around?

According to the NY Daily News, Britney Spears' babydaddy has been approached by EP-2 (Extreme Physical Performance), a company that offers a "variety of fat-burning tools clinically-proven to jack testosterone levels" up. K-Fed's camp hasn't confirmed anything yet, but an EP-2 rep says: "Yes, we're trying to do a deal with him."

How much would Federline make off of this? $2.5 million! But can he do it? Maybe the busy dad should just consider dieting and exercise! Of course, there's no money in doing it that way...
