We were a bit surprised to see the normally sullen Sienna flash us a smile as she headed into NY's Gramercy Park Hotel yesterday, but then again, she is trying to promote what may be her first bona fide blockbuster, so the girl's just doing her job.

But since she was so gracious with us, we're gonna be merciful to her and not comment on the silk harem pants she wore in or the shapeless drapey skirt with sequined boxy top she wore out. I mean, the girl has a great figure! Why not at least show a little bit of it off?

She may be selling a lot of her collection off on Ebay for charity, but I guess that doesn't prevent Kim from buying even more labels!

Heading home from LAX, we spotted Kim with an Hermes Birkin, a Louis Vuitton Damier canvas carry-on, Louis Vuitton Mahina sunglasses and a Louis keychain.

Hey, we can't blame her. The best way to get over a break-up is with a little retail therapy, and if Kimmy can afford it - more power to her!

And we can only imagine what OTHER labels she'd be carrying if the airline hadn't lost her luggage!

Judge Mitchell Beckloff has named Katherine Jackson the guardian of Michael's three young children, it was decided today. Biological mother Debbie Rowe will maintain visitation rights, and consent forms signed by both Paris and Prince Michael, indicating that they want to stay with Katherine, were presented at the hearing this morning.

A follow-up hearing on the matter has been set for October 2, and Judge Beckloff also signed off on Jackson's estate paying out monthly allowances to Katherine and the kids. The amount of the monthly allowances was not disclosed, but the judge noted that he made the childrens' stipend 83.5 percent of what was requested. Katherine's allowance will be reviewed in six months, and an additional hearing on the childrens' payments has been scheduled for January 11, 2010.

Sure, they're comfy to travel in, but not so comfy when you're sweating through the sheepskin in New York in August!

At least she and her sweaty feet paused outside of the Gramercy Park Hotel to greet fans.

The Disney darling's in town to do some press with her cast and meet with her band (she just finished her first album), so hopefully she removed the boots and put on some cute flats/heels before she headed anywhere.

Uggs or not, I still think this girl is totally adorable!

Uh oh! We love him on Lost, and he's usually pretty hunky, but eek! What's going on under that t-shirt?! We're kind of afraid to find out!

Hot dayum! Our favorite redhead blonde sure knows how to work it for the cameras!

Lindsay Lohan is the cover girl for the September issue of Elle, and not only does she totally bring it, but this was the photo shoot where thieves stole thousands of dollars of diamond jewelry. Poor Lilo - she didn't even get to try on the diamond necklace and earrings - those got jacked before she could even try them on, and all she was left with were a few Dior bracelets and rings.
