Britney Spears was snapped leaving the Grand Star Jazz Club in Chinatown last night, and it looks like she's really enjoying showing off that new blonde 'do! But maybe someone should get her a towel? And while they're at it, maybe they should get one for Mischa too!

Anyway, after leaving the hair salon earlier in the evening, the pop princess changed into this skintight black minidress at a friend's house in Beverly Hills, and while she looks super sexy, we're kinda wondering if workout clothes might have been a better option - girlfriend was definitely dancing her butt off in the club! Hey, maybe she's trying to make her daily cardio workouts more fun? Kudos to her...can't wait to see her back onstage in a few weeks!

Katherine, Rebbie, Randy and La Toya Jackson are all currently at the Los Angeles Superior Court for a hearing that will finalize the custody agreement, along with several important issues concerning the Jackson estate.

It was announced last week that Katherine Jackson would get custody of Michael's three children, Prince Michael I, 12, and Paris, 11 and Prince Michael II (aka "Blanket"), 7, and Debbie Rowe's lawyer, Eric George, just said he won't object to Katherine being appointed temporary guardian, but permanent guardianship could be delayed.

A monthly allowance for Katherine and Michael's kids is just one of the many financial matters that will be discussed in court this morning, and though Judge Mitchell Beckloff delayed considering the payments until now, all parties involved seem to agree that they are necessary and that Katherine and the kids are entitled to the money.

Today it will also be decided if Katherine can challenge attorneys John Branca and John McClain, the men currently administering Michael's estate, without actually contesting her son's will. Her attorneys have asked the judge to decide if they petition to remove Branca and McClain as administrators whether or not they will trigger a no-contest clause in Jackson’s trust - if she does, Katherine could lose her 40 percent share of her son's millions.

While it sounds like the custody part of the hearing will go smoothly, the money matters look like they won't be resolved immediately...

Mischa Barton was photographed leaving the Cooper Square Hotel in NYC last night, and not only did she show off her new brunette locks, but it looks like she was in the mood to show us some skin too! This dress kinda looks like it came from the Frederick's of Hollywood clearance bin, but Mischa does like pretty decent right? I mean, all things considered...

But uh, what was she doing out partying? Didn't she just get released from the psych ward less than a week ago? And even if she wasn't drinking, is going out on the town the right move for the troubled starlet?

P.S. What's that stain on Mischa's tush? Fergie style accident or did she spill her beverage?

Katherine Jackson has spoken for the first time about the death of Michael Jackson.

Speaking by phone with Geraldo Rivera on Fox news, the 79-year-old Jackson matriarch wouldn't say if she holds Dr. Conrad Murray responsible for Michael's death.

"All I know is that my son is dead and I don't think he died of natural causes or whatever," Jackson said. "He's too young for that, but something happened. I don't know what it was."

Jackson, who now has custody of Michael's children, said she's up to the task of raising the three young kids because "it's what Michael wanted."

"The children are doing fine," she said. "They're having fun with the cousins."

That custody arrangement is expected to be made final at a hearing today in Los Angeles.

Jackson also spoke of the pain the family still feels over Michael's passing.

"It's been a month and I feel like it happened yesterday. It's very hard for me."

So we all know that Ryan O'Neal's relationship with his kids isn't exactly conventional, but this is too much, even for him.

Ryan told Vanity Fair that when he was hugged by a hot blonde after burying Farrah, his initial response was to flirt with her...until he realized the blonde was actually his daughter Tatum!

He tells the mag:

“I had just put the casket in the hearse and I was watching it drive away when a beautiful blonde woman comes up and embraces me,” Ryan said. “I said to her, ‘You have a drink on you? You have a car?’ She said, ‘Daddy, it’s me—Tatum!’ I was just trying to be funny with a strange Swedish woman, and it’s my daughter. It’s so sick.”

Sick on so many levels, Ryan. But what did Tatum think of being hit on by her dad?

“That’s our relationship in a nutshell,” Tatum told the mag. “You make of it what you will. It had been a few years since we’d seen each other, and he was always a ladies’ man, a bon vivant.”

What's disturbing is that she doesn't seem too disturbed! Note to the O'Neals: Incest ISN'T best!

Ya'd think Lindz would be used to the too-long extensions by now, but instead of the blonde lightening her up, it seems to be weighing her down!

Well, after she's done shooting the Robert Rodriguez film Machete, she can dye it back...and maybe even take that knife to her weave!

Britney headed to the Andy Lecompte Salon over the weekend, and while the pop princess was there, former party buddy Lindsay Lohan showed up for a while! Several hours later, Brit emerged with straight blonde tresses just like Lindsay's, so we gotta wonder if Lilo had something to do with this!

As usual, Brit caused a pap frenzy, but for the first time in a while she actually showed some emotion. No, she wasn't warm and fuzzy with photogs, but she definitely acknowledged their presence...is the old school Britney still in there somewhere?!
